5 Star Nails

I’ve driven by this place several times and never came in but recently was told by my sis-​in-​law from NY, who was here on on vacation and came in for a mani/​pedi, that this place was AMAZING. She was 100% correct. Very friendly staff and I got the best deluxe pedi ive ever had. «B» was my tech and he is very good at his job with a great personality. I highly recommend 5Star and will be back next week for a gel mani.

Great experience for me. Arrived as a walk in and had no wait. Place is large with 12 pedi chairs and 12 mani stations. Very clean. Just got the regular pedi for $ 23. My tech was very thorough and even got a very nice scrub/​massage. I will definitely come back.

I used to go here to see a specific technician but she moved to another location and this salon is close to home. They constantly have new techs due to firing. Only a couple of them actually do nails well. I will never go here again after getting «healthy nails» for first time. They claim it’s not acrylic and will last 3 to 4 weeks. Yes it lasted 3 weeks BUT now my nails are paper thin cracking and very brittle. I have ALWAYS had super strong nails all my life and my nails grow up to an inch long naturally. I’m so upset about my weak nails. I now have to resort to taking supplements to repair by nails. Do not trust them!!!

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. I lived in Port Saint Lucie for a long time and have been to several salons around town. The one thing about this salon is that there quality in their workmanship is excellent. My nail salon tech B is amazing! I have a job that’s very hard on my hands and nails and usually in other salons I’m back in a week to get a repair. Not with five stars my nails last three to four weeks and still look good when I do go and have them done. Then there’s the customer service I hate in other salons your there and the lady or gentlemen that’s doing your nails say not one word to you except how you going to pay or pick your color almost to a point it’s like your troubling them. Well not in five stars everyone is so friendly they make you feel welcomed. If you ask for something different they try there best to help you. I actually witnessed a lady that had got up and paid then came back in and said she messed up her nails. With out hesitation they fixed it and joked with the lady. There was no charge and she was on her way. Other salons I witnessed attitude and frustration with there paying customers. This is just my point of view on this salon. I would suggest if you want what you pay for and be happy with the end results I check it out.

This was the worst experience… I would never recommend it. I wanted a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel. The front desk clerk threw me in the pedicure chair, and then when it came time to do my fingernails with acrylic nails and gel, she just started to cut my cuticle…, when we tried to correct it with the front desk woman, as the technician could not understand English, she got so nasty and rude and said there was no time to do the acrylic nails, and charged us $ 10.00 for clipping two cuticles on fingers, and refused to do the acrylic nails… had to leave after paying for just the toes and the rip-​off cuticle cut on one finger, which they charged $ 10.00 for with no polish or anything else. We even wrote exactly what was needed in the book on the front desk before beginning. The technician did NOT UNDERSTAND the English language and goofed up. HORRIBLE experience, Don’t waste your time or money there. The front desk person, woman, was so rude and nasty … I also heard from a friend who had a filling there that the nails broke in two days… Stay away. There is another reputable nail place right near PUBLIX in the shopping center, and they have been consistently great, and open many years, so they are reliable. I have never had such a terrible experience and encountered such a rude receptionist … they opened recently, I don’t think they will be there long.

I love my nails from here. I can go 3 weeks without chips or breaks. Anna is amazing and they are so nice. My g/​f brought me here and we live in stuart, we travel all the way to psl just to see her. Thanks Anna!

Well this place by far is one of the better nail places in Port St. Lucie. The price was fair they had enough nail techs that I didn’t wait. She listened to what I wanted a little rough on cuticles but I’m satisfied. The place was friendly and very clean.

This place is awesome! Great prices and super clean. Just got a manicure and pedicure and love it. My manicurist took her time and did an amazing job. The place is also updated and feels very clean. Can’t wait to come back for my next manicure!
