I love their free vegan cooking classes! I always have a good time at those. While some items are a bit on the expensive side (I almost never buy produce here) I like their selection of vegan products like the Chao cheeses and frozen vegan pizzas. Their bulk selection is also good for things like cashews, dates, and lentils. Nutritionsmart sends out coupons regularly and their calendars are always filled with things like discount days and special events. I highly recommend getting text messages from the stores so they can send special offers.

They have a decent amount of produce, groceries, and vitamins. Some items are way overpriced. You can probably find it cheaper at Walmart, whom are carrying more organic and gluten free foods. Try to find it online, if your not in a dire need for the item. But the thing that makes me not want to go back are the store clerks. They lack greeting customers and asking a simple «May I help you?» There are maybe 2 employees who actually ask if you need help. But the rest always look unapproachable and just pissed. Given we all have our days, but it really doesn’t help business.

I always shop there for natural food. They are always helpful and know exactly what I’m looking for. Great place to shop

Nutrition S’mart has some items that you can’t necessarily find at the other local grocery stores. Examples: variety of Vegan cheeses (not simply just Daiya), bulk nuts, bulk spices, and a good selection of meat substitutes. That being said the prices on some of the items we buy are rather expensive. For example, a bottle of Sriracha at NS is almost $ 2 more then at local grocery stores. It’s not organic (the Sriracha) same size bottle, but big price difference.
NS has a large, and probably because of the attention it gets, profitable beauty/​vitamin/​sports powder section. Again, they have some of the harder to find items in this section as well.
Hot wife wanted me to add «I wonder if the employees are trained to be as aloof and unfriendly as possible. It seems sometimes you are treated like an annoyance.» Except in the beauty/​vitamin/​sports powder section, as they are very, very, attentive.
Locals check for the $ 5 off coupons in the mailers, as it helps soften the blow of some of their high prices.

Visiting my parents from Maine, so happy to find this store. Awesome selection of what I’m use to finding at home. Reasonable prices and wicked friendly staff. Will stop many times during my visits.

Disappointed NO Coconut milk AGAIN!!! Why can’t more be stocked– ORIGINAL SO Brand — they stock all these flavors no one wants! Stock more of the Original!!!

Very good & very close. Staff was good at first. Then there was a wave of man haters hired. Changed good review to negative; & about a year later, it seemed to be getting better again.

Great grocery and hair care items to shop at this market. It is a 40 – 45 minute drive from my house but it is really worth it and some of the soap items last a really long time and they carry organic to semi-​organic products here.

The closest thing you’ll get to a Whole Foods in PSL.
