I can’t believe Chili’s Takeout was horrible even on Fathers Day! Okay here it goes my husband just got out of North Bay Hospital on Friday 6÷17÷2016 to be able to spend Father’s Day with his daughters, but on Sunday 6÷19÷2016 my husband wasn’t feeling good to go to the restaurant so we ordered Takeout! He likes Medium Rare Hamburgers and I like well done! One of his daughters ordered a Steak Medium Rare! We, my husband and l both ordered the the slider hamburgers(I think Chili’s calls them«Big Mouth Bites») my husband ordered Medium Rare and I ordered Well Done! However, what we both got were Burnt! Even the Buns were burnt! The Fries were soggy and old! Really Chili’s, On Father’s Day? You can’t prepare a proper burger? Anyway, my husband was only able to eat 1! I suffered through 2 of the burgers! We were going to complain on the same day, but I ended up calling for an ambulance, because my husband I found out at the hospital had Very Low Blood Pressure! He was admitted into that hospital last night! His daughter could only eat about ¼ of her steak, because even though it was cooked right, it tasted funny to her! Today 6÷20÷2016 I cut up the food and gave it to the dogs! I’m going to try to call Chili’s to complain! We’ll see how that works! Wish me luck since we got the food yesterday!!!

I had a disappointing dinner with my family here. I ordered a burger, but it arrived very pink in the middle! I normally don’t mind a little pink, but it made my stomach turn to take a bite of mushy, rare ground beef. My husband ordered a chicken salad, and asked for avocado to be added, but they forgot the avocado. The waitress did get the avocado for him and was nice enough to leave that, and my burger off the bill. We had Texas cheese fries for the appetizer, but there was a piece of extra hard bacon(or something) that caused my tooth to crack in half when I bit into it! It just seemed like one thing after another with this place. And I felt uncomfortable after the second complaint, so I didnt even mention my cracked tooth, or the fact that my son asked for barbecue sauce and the other waitress never brought it. The only positive experience about our visit was our waitress, Alisha. She was so helpful and understanding! Employees like Alisha are the only reason customers give some restaurants a second chance. So Five stars for my waitress, but Zero stars for the food preparation.

Not many choices in NPR. I decided to order sides as my entrée – rice and black beans. Asparagus and tomato with garlic. Pleased with choice. Surprised the asparagus was so well prepared. Devices at table allow you to cash yourself out and leave.

Chili’s food offerings are pretty standard across the U.S. No one goes to Chili’s looking for a Michelin Star dining experience. However, the service at this Chili’s is beyond… My cousin and I went here back in August after having a terrible experience at a dump-hole salon in Trinity. We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. However, it took our slow as molasses waitress a full 15 minutes to come to our table. She wasn’t even busy. We actually saw her in the kitchen area on the phone the whole time we were waiting and kept making jokes that she was our waitress. Joke was on us as she was. When she finally approached, she was one hot-mess. Confused on if we had been help, how long we were waiting, etc. The hostess told her that she told her she had a table and Sarah’s response was, «I told you I was on the phone.» Lovely. From start to finish she sucked. Service took forever. The orders were mixed up. There were changes made to our food that did not reflect the menu descriptions. Sarah kept disappearing and she had only one other table! We all kept looking at each other in sympathy. When she finally returned with the check she asked how everything was and I told her it would have been better had we been able to find you during service. Her response, «You probably shouldn’t come back here.» What the F? No worries, we will never return, Sarah T.

I took mom out to dinner at Chili’s in New Port Richey. It’s been some time since I’ve been to this particular location and they’ve done a complete renovation to the inside. It looks nice. The service was quick and efficient and mom and I enjoyed our dinners. Mom had just had dental surgery so she was stuck eating their chili, which she said was tasty and warm. Myself, I had their chicken quesedilla salad, one of my stand bys and it seemed to be missing something, but I couldn’t put my finger one it. All in all, it’s a solid place.

This is the worst of the worst! I love Chili’s! I think that it is very sad that the Chili’s name is on this particular chain location. The service was terrible, the food prep was too long for the quality of poor, cold and congealed food to be served! I will drive to Trinity on 54 before I head around the corner again. That’s 3 for 3 strikes your outta here! I feel ripped off for paying for slapped together, overly greasy cold food and bad service. To the hostess/management keep flirting with bar patrons never mind helping the elderly with canes trying to walk in the door. Allow me the grandmother with the baby and a diaper bag to open doors so they too can enter the gates of hell! If you just want chips & salsa at happy hour than this is your place. For families who want food NO!

Welcome change from our last visit. Food was tasty, served hot and great service from Demetrius. Fajitas on the«2 for $ 20» menu were yummy!

I think I needed extra medicine for my hypertension after visiting this location. Everything seemed to be oversalted. I could feel my tongue swell up as I tried to choke down the food. I don’t know if there was a mistake preparing everything I had that time(doubt it) or if they need to review the quality control in the kitchen(much more likely). I would not return to this location.

If I could I would give this Chili’s 4 ½ stars. We eat here often, both inside and curb side pick up, as we live very close by and we are never disappointed. The food is consistently very good as is the service. One of my often ordered favorites is the steak on the 2 for $ 20.00 menu. Always cooked perfectly. I can get a steak, broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes for $ 10.00 without getting out of my car so why would I go to McDonalds and pay $ 8 for a blah burger and fries!

I must admit I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted to eat because everything looked and sounded so delicious on the menu! Needless to say I just went with the loaded potato skins, but boy oh boy were they yummy! They were cooked to perfection. I need to make another visit back there real soon! :)

It’s a chain, I’m tired from the road and not feeling creative so I’ll keep this one short. Besides I didn’t drink so I can’t compare the mojitos to the WESTLAND mall location. This Chili’s appears to be the center of nightlife in Port Richey, as I saw two very attractive, puma /cougar-ish women come in for a beer while I was having dinner and staying a while, nursing a beer. They were dressed in what would be club attire in Miami, and stayed till close to midnight. The eye candy alone is worth one extra star! As far as the food, I started the chips and salsa that were complementary due to an offer on another social media check-in site. Compared to most chain places, the salsa at Chili’s does tend to have a little extra kick. Iced tea refills were great after a slow start, and I like the fact that they give you the option of sweetened raspberry iced tea. The sweet bbq sauce makes the ribs delicious in my book as well. Cheesecake was OK for dessert, but it would be nice if Chili’s expanded their dessert selection to have apple pies. Still, it was a decent scene, and close to my hotel(and various other hotels on US19). Certainly a good lunch spot!
