This place is very quiet its across from the golf course… I don’t know what the previous person wrote however, the manager is NOT a devil she is very understanding and willing to work with you.
My family and I live here and love it rent is fair. maintenance is spot on…
RENT WITH SOUTH PARK GREEN… you wont go wrong

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
I live here and I HATE it.
My kitchen is smaller than my hall closet.
Terri the manager may just be the devil…
They have assigned parking, for only two buildings, but nowhere else.
When they have parking lot construction, they let you know the night of, and threaten to tow you in the morning.
Black mold everywhere!
My car has been broken into.
Did I mention that Terri the manager is the devil?
yes. it is cheaper than most places, but WAY WAY overpriced for the B. S you have to deal with
They have «lost» my rent at least 3 times.
It took 4 months to get my mailbox key.
They are never in the office during business hours.
No washer & dryer in unit
No dishwasher… cause there’s no room.
BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE! its friggen nasty!
My car has been broken into twice now…
Terri is the devil. I don’t think i can stress this enough.
If you are thinking about getting an apartment… turn and run far far away from South Park green apartments AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
