The WORST experience living in apartment EVER! I don’t usually give a 1 star but this place more than deserves it. These ppl are so unethical. Office staff are so rude and unprofessional. Don’t be surprised to get expensive and incomprehensible bills… There is a senior living center right by the apartment and the shuttle buses turn on their engine at 5am so good luck if you are a light sleeper. The only nice ppl were the maintenance ppl. of which I had a chance to talk to one personally and he told me nothing but bad about the apartment.

Office staff is polite, yet unable to address problems. If you live here, I hope you’re handy, because maintenance issues won’t be addressed for several days. People park in the fire zones, making it hard to get in and out of your assigned spot.

This apartment complex has been one of the best I’ve ever lived in. The apartments are pretty well laid out. My only complaint is the living room is a bit awkward, but it works with a bit of creativity. The appliances all work well and the walls seem pretty thick. I never hear my neighbors through the walls. At night the complex stays pretty quiet. Each apartment has a balcony and a nice little patio and closet out there. There’s not a ton of room in the outside closet, but definitely enough to shove some of that extra stuff in there. I’ve never had an issue with anybody parking my reserved spot which is nice. Guests seem to have plenty of parking and mine usually can find a spot quite close. The staff is some of the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever dealt with. They were flexible when signing the lease and getting moved in when I didn’t live close by. The maintenance is super quick to fix everything and does a great job. I have a dog and they don’t mind the dog being in the apartment without me here when they come into fix things(maybe it’s because my pup is super friendly). That’s another bonus — they are pet friendly and reasonable with their pet policies. They’re also quite military friendly. The other residents all seem really nice and lots of people start to recognize you and say hello. If you’re looking for a place in Port Orchard, I highly recommend this place.
