They told me my part will be ready for pick up by noon the next day. morning, comes and I packed my baby bag and prepared a trip across puget sound to port orchard. Once I arrived to kitsap truck and auto around 12:30 the old man at the counter scrambled his papers and walked around for about 10 minutes before telling me the sun roof glass has not been removed from the vehicle. Ok? So you made me stand there and watch you for ten minutes before telling me anything? Earlier that morning my boyfriend called to let them know I’m on my way from Seattle and be there by noon. He even paid for the sunroof glass in advance the day before. I’m already Annoyed I hAd to go this far to pick up a car part and to wait even longer with a 3 month old baby. When I asked how long would it take? He threw his hands up as if I was an inconvenience to him And replied 20 – 30 minutes. Uh ok fine. I’ll just wait here. About 45 minutes later I finally get my sunroof glass brought to the front counter. The old bald man just placed the receipt on top and does not say thanks for being patient/waiting. No one offered to help me carry the glass out to my car. Three men Stood there while I held my baby in my Arms and did not say a word. If this part was not already paid for I would have left. I ended up missing my ferry to return to a Seattle. Had to drive all the way back and Barely made it back in time to pick up my nephew from school. Their customer service sucks and I will not return here. I’d rather pay more and go somewhere reputable and closer to home.
