I cannot tell you how taken advantage i feel with this place. On mothers day, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother and mother in law. The order was through Tela Flora and, as you might know, not cheap by any means. On the Saturday before Mothers day, my mom calls and says that the arrangement had brown accent flowers and the roses were already open and the petals were falling off. What? Roses? There weren’t roses in that arrangement! Well, at any rate, I call the owner and she promises a fresh arrangement for my mom. Disaster avoided. Then my in law texts a picture of hers saying how she likes it so much. Not the arrangement I ordered either! $ 70 for daisies and three roses in a plastic vase! My wife leaves a message, never got a call back. Tela Flora said sorry and gave us a 40% off next purchase. Still not worth it if I have to deal with Gazebo again. Buyer Beware!

As a previous business owner I like to use small businesses for my purchases. I live out of the area and ordered a fall pumpkin floral arrangement for Thanksgiving for friends and was very disappointed when I arrived to their house for dinner to find the pumpkin had pink, white and yellow flowers in it. This did not look like a fall floral arrangement nor did it even look right in the pumpkin

The arrangements that I have received from gazebo have been presented very well and the delivery man was nice, unfortunately that is where it stops. The bouquets hardly last a week which is disappointing on its own, but then to not have any enjoyable smell to the roses is such a shame. They have a very neutral wet plant sort of smell,(this is the best that I can describe it,) which I guess is not that uncommon for roses outside of a proper garden. When you get or pay for roses though, you expect them to have that wonderful fragrant smell. There are not many local florists in Port Orchard, so if you are trying to support a local establishment you do not have much choice. Gazebo Florist is associated with Teleflora by offering their arrangement styles, but from what is says on their web page they are a family owned and operated business. Gazebo does have a nice presentation, but all in all, I don’t think that they quite deserve the 3 star«A-OK» rating.
