Center For Orthopedic & Lymphatic Physical Therapy

This is my second round of physical therapy with COLPT! I had such FABULOUS results with my right shoulder that I returned for my left shoulder (totally different problem). The clinic is professional, clean and friendly during every interaction and from everyone on staff! I’ve been to the meat market PT clinics and I’ve been to another privately owned clinic (such as COLPT) — but Melissa and her staff is head and shoulders (pun intended) above them all! Their experience, professional confidence and ongoing training makes COLPT #1 in Kitsap County (and probably beyond).

This was my first experience with physical therapy and I was a bit nervous. But the physical therapists were wonderful! They listened to me and understood the challenges I faced with my job and daily life while recovering. Not only did they help me with therapy in the office, but gave me practicle information to use at home. And everyone has a great sense of humor which actually makes it enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

I have been seeing Melissa for about 8 years now. She has been there with me and for me through many medical conditions and pain flares. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I had not found her. I had been through 2 other physical therapists prior to finding Melissa. It was the same thing each time. The brief exam where they told me that this that and the other was off. Here’s some exercises, go home and do those and you’ll be fine. When I found The Center for Orthopedic and Lymphatic physical therapy I was amazed at the attention to detail that Melissa paid to me. She found things that the other places didn’t and found that manual manipulation and massage was a huge help to keeping me going along with stretches and exercises. I’ve been seeing her ever since. I really feel that without her I would not be able to do half the things I am. I owe her and her team a million thank yous for all of the help and support they provide. They really have a wonderful group of people.

Great team for physical therapy during and after cancer treatment. I learned all I never wanted to know about lymphedema; including how to manage it and still do the activities I enjoy. The physical therapy helped immensely with my range of motion and pain reduction after surgery and radiation. Great people… check. Superb expertise… check. Sense of humor… double check. All three… priceless.

An auto accident 20 years ago left me with damage to my neck and lower back. I have had pain most of this time. I have been to many physical therapists with minimal if any results. In some cases more pain. I was only 55 and had given up.
Last year after neck and back surgery I was seeing a pain psychologist for chronic pain. He made me a deal; see a physical therapist one more time for at least 12 weeks. The BEST deal I have ever made. Melissa is amazing, intuitive, listens, and understood I’m 56 and not a tri-​athlete. I’m living life again and for the most part pain free.
When you think you have tried everything and have given up PLEASE give the Center for Orthopedic and Lymphatic Physical Therapy a shot. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
