Horrible experience! The women that cut my hair didn’t know how to cut women’s hair. She was very nice but I left there and went to go get my hair fixed somewhere else!

Wow! I’m so happy I found this salon! I was basically being turned down for service everywhere else I went. I was asking for something unusual– a stylist to comb out a HUGE, matted knot out of my hair. After going to many different salons being told it wasn’t possible to brush out the knot and that they would have to cut it out leaving me with barely any hair, Marielle at Touch of Class jumped in to take on the challenge. Although it wasn’t going to be a fun appointment for any stylist, Marielle was a true professional by going the extra mile. Her determination to help me saved my hair; now I have my hair back! Marielle’s perseverance in that tedious task combined with her and the rest of they stylists’ positive attitudes toward helping me made what could have been a very embarrassing experience into a fun, enjoyable one. I’ll definitely be back!
