Reese is top notch. We scheduled an appt after he explained the details. He called later and asked to reschedule the appt by moving it up a day, just to make his own schedule more efficient. We had plenty of notice and we appreciated the fact that he was being so efficient since he drives up from Daytona to do the work. Everything was as promised and then some. He worked really hard to remove a very persistent stain and did better than we could have hoped. He’s highly professional and does great work. I was surprised at how appreciative he was at us providing him with beverages and the offer to use our bathroom if the need arose. Do people not realize how much physical effort goes into a detail, especially in the Florida heat? Anyway, this business is a class act. We’ll likely enroll in the VIP club which sounds like a smokin’ deal.

Service was great! He called me about an hour before the appointment time to confirm everything. I was unsure if I might be running a little late getting home from work, and he assured me not to worry, if he had to wait a little while he said that was fine. He also mentioned that he could switch me to later on that same day if I needed.
Luckily I made it home in time and he showed up on time for the appointment with everything in tow in a small trailer. He got everything set up and went over everything he planned to do and the order of events. He then asked if there were any areas I thought needed special attention. I didn’t have anything so they got to work. It was Reese and one other guy who’s name I can’t remember. Reese runs the business and did everything he could to make sure I was happy.
I think they took about two hours total to complete the job. I was very happy with the results. Car looked new! The wheels were cleaner than I ever saw them and everything was nice and shiny. All in all i was very impressed with the attention to detail and the work they put into the car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Reese (the owner and chief washer) is not reliable. He failed to show up or call in October and December. He did show up in September and November. I don’t want to do business with someone who only keeps their word half the time.

Reese (the owner) showed up on time and immediately went to work. I have a three year old black car that had not been waxed in over a year so, given the Florida sun, you can imagine how badly it needed to be cleaned up. Reese spent a couple of hours cleaning the car, inside and out, and it looks like a brand new car again! I didn’t realize how dirty the leather seats were until after he cleaned them and you could really see the difference! I’m so impressed I plan to join his VIP program to stay on his schedule permanently.

Reese loves his work, and it shows. He cares about me, my car and takes pride in doing his job well.
