Blahnik Eye Care

I was highly disappointed with Blahnik Eye Care when I updated my address and phone number and one of their staff made a mistake and sent my contacts to the incorrect address.
The staff member then argued with me instead of offering to resend the correct contacts to the correct address so I have yet to receive the contacts I paid for in March!
Then, Marie called me, listened to me (without interrupting) and apologized sincerely. She then offered to resend contacts to my correct address AND updated my address in the system.
She went above and beyond and made up for the lack of service from her staff member ten fold.
Thank you Marie. You uphold Blahnik Eye Care’s good name! Folks, definitely expect the best eye care, products (and thanks to Marie) service from Blahnik!
