I have used Aloha Carpet Doctors in the past and they did great work for me. Now it’s time for the carpets to be done again and as a loyal customer I called them. Four times! And left them 2 messages. No return call or anything. Nothing on their website (or on their answering machine) saying that they are closed or on vacation. I called them this morning because they are supposedly open at 8 am, no answer. This is not how to properly run a business if you want your customers to come back. I will be calling someone else for my services.

The second time we have had Aloha and we are pleased again. Most everything came out clean and looking great. The two areas that had some wicking or staining and were along the edges that I knew were well traveled areas. They came back 3days later and took care of that and they were glad to do it. Both workers were courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use them or refer them.
