We hired Bucket Brigade to do a «deep clean» of our new home prior to move-in. They were either unable to perform simple cleaning tasks such as wiping out empty cabinets, removing soap scum from shower fixtures, etc. or just plain didn’t want to. Our concerns were met with excuses such as «Don’t you think our employer should provide us with a stool?» and«Maybe we have different ideas of clean.» It was bafflingly bad and very uncomfortable. We even reviewed their work as they requested, and took the time to point out our areas of concern, but it didn’t help. Perhaps they were not trained properly? Or maybe it really was an equipment issue. Regardless, seeing as how I’ve since had to do all the work myself(that I paid them $ 220 to do!), I requested a full refund. But, to make the whole experience even worse, the owner has refused. Why anyone would charge a client for a service they didn’t receive, I have no idea. But I’m left feeling scammed and very disappointed. We will work only with a recommended cleaning service moving forward.
