The Greenhouse Floral & Pantry

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. I ordered this cute tea cup with ROSES In it. Well I had to put my mothers phone number in the system, big mistake. First I wanted this to be a surprise, why did they call her to see if she was home? Port Lavaca is so small, you can get anywhere in 5 minutes. And it also ruined the surprise! Second, when the flowers came, they had some roses and carnations. That’s not what I paid for!!! I understand if they don’t have the flower they put in a substitute but you don’t have pink roses? You had to ruin the bouquet with carnations? And looks as if they didn’t even try to make it look full like the picture. I will say that the tea cup they used was better than pictured! But I probably won’t use them again.

Ordered flowers via ftd. Because this shop does not have automated system with FTD, they did not get order. Problem was response from shop owner when I called. Instead of apologizing and offering to clear up the matter with FTD, he said it was my problem and I needed to call FTD.
