Ordered from Flora Laura to surprise my partner who was staying at Camp Greenkill YMCA. Order process online was very straight forward with great options. However, my partner never received her flowers. When I contacted Laura, she checked up on the order, even sent me a picture of it delivered. The arrangement was beautiful, but unfortunately the staff at Camp Greenkill never passed the flowers to my partner. Laura promptly refunded my credit which is probably the best case scenario when something happens out of our hands.

Laura did the flowers for my daughters wedding, they looked beautiful until we went to put the corsages on and the first one fell apart while the person was putting it on her wrist. The other corsages fell apart within an hour! The bridal bouquet fell apart when we lifted it out of the box! I would not recommend this florist for these reasons!!! Poor workmanship!
