It’s no comparison to the other services in the area. In their own right, they are timely, courteous and reasonably priced. I’ve mostly used for local trips but the next time I fly out from an area airport, I will call upon them to give me a ride. Thanks!

I Called needing a cab. The man said it would be about ten to fifteen minutes. I Called not even 3 minutes later to cancel the ride because a friend said they would take me. I apologized that I had to cancel. The man, annoyed, said «the driver was around the corner», (wow that was fast…) I barely got to say «okay“and he was so upset he had to add his two cents and say, «you know what, never call back here again!» Muttered something and hung up! I was shocked. What type of business says that to a customer??? Clearly one that has to retrain thier employyee. That s not the kind of etiquette you should have to run a business. Your appropriate response should have been: «okay I’ll let the driver know, thank you.» Shut your mouth, bite your lip, and express your frustration OFF THE PHONE. I’ll make sure no one uses you.

I highly recommend them if you live nearby. The price was reasonable, and the drivers are extremely reliable. They are honest when you ask whether they can pick you up at a certain time, and come on time (or 5 minutes early). On the off chance that they are running a few minutes late, they call you beforehand. The drivers are also very friendly.
