I’ve been a fan of this place for years. I think the food is really good-great wings and burgers. Went there for lunch today with a friend and we ordered some wings and nachos and some other appetizers. We asked for extra sour cream because they only give you a little tiny cupful. So they brought over another little, tiny cupful. At the end of the meal, I was so disappointed to see that we were charged $ 1.50 for the ‘extra’ sour cream. Our total bill was $ 46.00. Did they really need to charge for the sour cream? I have never been charged for extra condiments ever in any restaurant and I thought that was completely tacky. I said something to the waitress and she took it off«this time» and said they do have to charge that next time though. Will there BE a next time… I’m not so sure. Owners don’t realize that a little thing like that can be a complete turn off.

I had never been here before because it is usually very crowded but it was a week night so I figured I would go get take out for my son and myself. I get there and was directed to the bar to get a menu and place my order. The selection was extremely large. A young blonde girl had given me the menu and I told her I was ordering for 2 people and didn’t know what to get. I asked her about sampler platters because I wanted to try different sauces. the response was«samplers are in the middle» I asked her opinion on which sauces she recommended and was told«there are like 30 of them, look down the left side of the menu, I dunno try calypso». Oook then I knew from that point on I was on my own. I placed my order and waited. The place was almost empty and it took a half an hour for my order to be ready. It was much more than I expected, quantity wise, I had mentioned when I came in that I was ordering for just two people. As for the price I have never and will never pay that much for wings ever again. Don’t get me wrong they were good… the first night. The next day I was going to reheat and found all the wings had soaked up whatever sauce had been on them so I made my own. Rude service, long wait in an empty place, Way to pricey… it’s wings not steak = I will not be returning

First, I will start by saying the wings are phenomenal and the sauces are to die for! I usually order food to go and have never had an issue. We recently went to dine in as a family and for the first time had a bad experience. Waitress was pleasant and attentive until we got our bill. We ordered from the kid’s menu for our almost 2 year old. The menu clearly stated that their entrees come with a side, drink and vanilla ice cream. The entrees and side dishes were listed on said menu. However, when we got our bill, we were charged for the applesauce cup we ordered as his side dish. When we questioned this charge, the waitress proceeded to tell us that it was because we ordered the chicken quesadilla as his entrée. ??? no where on the menu did it state the quesadilla did not come with a side. If it did, then I would have no issue paying for the applesauce or I may not of ordered a side at all. She still took our credit card and charged us the original amount never taking off the additional charge(we assumed she was going to). When we questioned again and asked to speak with a manager, she was not understanding and gave us a snide remark as she finally decided to give us the«courtesy» of discounting our bill for the charge of the applesauce. It was very difficult for us to understand the reason why it just wasn’t taken off when we first questioned the charge. I have never experienced such terrible customer service; it’s a shame.

I ordered some wings to go and am disappointed. They told me 10 minutes but it took 30 minutes for my food to be ready. What’s that about? It wasn’t even busy. They also didn’t give me napkins or utensils. Not good!

Large selection of wing favors, ranging from sweet to spicy. They often have drink specials that are offered at the bar and at tables. The service here isn’t great, I’ve had more than one rude waitress. I wasn’t crazy about the fries, and have never tried any of their other food. The wings are delicious and I will continue coming back for them!

Good wings! Really snarky female bartender while waiting for a seat. Waitress was friendly and great service.

Not impressed at all! Felt more like a college bar than an established chain restaurant. The main attraction, the wings, Meh. Better choices from dozens of different places within five miles of this place.

Good menu selection, tons of wing choices. Came here for a quick dinner after buying our tickets for PJ Cinemas nearby. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back. The waitress asked if it was our first time there, and was happy to explain how the menu was laid out, and how to order our food(any sauce available on any protein). We had salads, burgers, wings, nachos and quesadillas for kids and adults. Everyone was happy.

Just seems basic to me. Don’t like the restaurant set up. Nothing special to me. And is more on the expensive side go food that should seem to be cheaper. Not a lot of selection when I go

We have been going to this place at least once a week since it’s opened. We love the wings, the sauces and other menu items(especially the nachos done«the old way»), and usually we have a good experience. We were there last Friday night, a group of 6 and we sat at one of the high top tables near the bar. We arrived at 6:30 — after Happy Hour ended and stayed until 8 or so. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, many times we ordered drinks and saw them sitting on the bar for 5, 10 or even 15 minutes while our she was nowhere to be found. We ordered appetizers and 20 wings, they were all fine. A little later on we ordered another round of drinks and one of our party asked for an order of fried pickles, I didn’t see the waitress write that down so when she came back with our drinks I asked if she put that order in, she said that she didn’t hear the order. When our bill came, we were charged for 12 Sam Adams beers. Between all of us we only had 6 so we told the waitress the bill was wrong. She went away for a while and came back and took $ 15.50 off the bill(the beers were $ 6 each). Well, that was still wrong. So I took the bill over to the bartender and asked if she could correct it, she said that the waitress told her that we ordered some of those beers during Happy Hour so that’s why they only took off $ 15.50. I pointed out that we weren’t there during Happy Hour, in fact when we first sat down we asked the waitress if it was still Happy Hour and she said it wasn’t. The bartender was able to get our bill corrected — she took off 6 extra beers. Good for her for taking the initiative to get it right. Bad for the waitress(who had again disappeared) for doing a half-assed job of correcting it. Oh, one more thing. The table behind us was apparently having a jalapeño eating contest and one of them wound up throwing up all over the table and the floor. The waitresses all looked at it and(I guess) tried to figure out what to do about it. Eventually somebody started cleaning it up but it took quite some time and the smell was pretty bad. While we were getting our bill sorted out a new couple was seated at the puke table, we told them somebody had messed that table up, they had a look at the floor and looked disgusted — I guess it wasn’t completely cleaned up. We left at that point so I don’t know how that situation played out. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with our bill. The waitresses who’ve been there for a while have a good handle on how to get the job done, whenever we are seated and have somebody new we know there are gonna be problems. Kudos to the bartender(Jessica?) again for getting our issue worked out last time. Unfortunately I think we’re done with this place. It’s a shame because I really like their wings. Especially the«Boss» sauce. 1 star for the service which is going downhill, 3 for the food.

Food good, service good. But not always consistent. But we go every now and then. I like the sauces but sometimes wings are tough.

Amazing wings & sauce. BUT… I must say they need to do major improvements on their salads and shrimp dinners. Parm fries good too. …Concentrate on the food guys. .If you want to stay in business. Just my opinion.

This is a great place if you are looking for some tasty wings and finger food. My family and I come here often and very rarely wait for a table. The staff are friendly but at times inattentive to check up on their customers. We love the fried pickles and their burgers are very good. Overall, we are satisfied when we go.

This was not a good experience at all. My wife and I ordered some take out. Not a difficult task one would think. I got there in the estimated 30 min and the bartender couldn’t care less that I was waiting to pick up food. I noticed the bag sitting on the counter behind the bar. After ten min I had to seek her out to ask for what I knew to be my «now-cold» food. I paid and left. Everything was iced cold and the boneless wings were hard as rocks. Normally I would give just one star but the place was immaculately clean. I am a clean freak when it comes to eateries. I won’t go back but I don’t want to embellish the facts. Maybe I just had a bad experience but the place seemed like it would be good to watch a game and was clean. As long as you don’t mind terrible service.

Just realized I hadn’t updated on sauces. My last outing included my favorite sweet red chili(category 4) and the Hot Hurricane Sauce(category 3). The sweet red chili has been reviewed before and it’s still just as good. The Hot Hurricane Sauce was nothing special. It tasked like Frank’s Red Hot with some butter added. I’ve never been a fan of this type of sauce so it will be off my list for future visits. On another note, on this visit the wings seemed to have been larger than previous visits. Hopefully this is a change that is here to stay and not just a fluke.

Came last Friday night and was looking for something different from buffalo wild wings. Came in and had a lot of smiles from the employees. Great ambiance and awesome service. Our waitress was so friendly and let us try some wing flavors. Their wings were delicious! Crispy on the outside but tender on the inside AND dunked in sauce. YUM-O. Also had their Queso with Kettle Chips and FRIEDPICKLES!!! YUMMY!!! We had a lot of chips left and not much queso. and I wanted unlimited fried pickles! But there were only so little :( The coleslaw thing wasn’t as good. Kinda bland. Not your regular coleslaw. We were overwhelmed by the 30 wing flavors! Our party was all silent because we were too busy stuffing our faces with wings. Will definitely come back for more wings!!!
