The UPS Store

I went today to ship a box. The customer service provided was so refreshingly great that I came right back and shipped another box! Young man, not sure of his name, was kind, patient, friendly and super helpful. I bought stamps not knowing they charge a 40% premium, so that did not thrill me– but — every other part of the experience was so good, I’m giving them 5 stars!

I appreciate the response, but it sounds like a bunch of excuses. My dad is an independent contractor, has been laying flooring for over 40 years, and would NEVER leave OPEN razor blades strewn around a store that was open to the public, I don’t even know the need for so many blades! The tools were not «as neat as possible», to be neat would be in ONE space or area and not dangerous to the public. There was NO workers even working on the project at the time. I appreciate you were open, I needed to pick up my stuff, and the wait due to staffing wasn’t even as big of an issue as the safety of the store. The safety negligence was unacceptable. But now I know you only staff one person on a weekend, I for sure will not come back on a weekend… I understand staffing needs (as a prior assistant manager of a retail store), but guest experience should be a first priority and that doesn’t sound like the case here. I’ll make sure my visits are when time are not of the essence.

This store rocks! Customer service is excellent and friendly, store is clean and organized. Thank you for being good business people:-)

Nice staff, never over-​crowded

Awesome customer service, other small business owners could learn a lesson from the owner/​staff at this store. None of my packages has ever been to small, to big or to awkward in shape or size for them to box, fill with bubbles, tape and mail for me, and believe me I have dropped off some doozies. First class business!
