Terrible service. I bought $ 60 worth of gift cards and was not given the promotional deal (2 tacos and a drink) because I bought $ 60 and not $ 20. Huh? Because I was buying gift cards, the girl asked if other customers could go ahead of me. I was trying to get food, too, but she was so confused that I ended up leaving with just the gift cards. Not impressed.

This is my local Taco Bell and I’ve eaten here several times. The place is clean and the food typical Taco Bell. The staff are amazing usually college kids but always so helpful and polite. I shall continue to frequent this fast food establishment.

Terrible service, terrible drive thru wait time and terrible at getting my order right. I’ve given them a chance time and time again thinking ‘maybe it will be different this time.’ Never.
I’ve called to complain about missing items, and menu items that I ordered as is that were missing things. i.e. taco supreme’s missing sour cream. As if they just forget or don’t know how to make it… when I actually get through on the phone I’m told to come back with my receipt and they will exchange my taco (or whatever). Seriously? Who has time to drive back during lunch time to exchange a dang taco. They take no responsibility and make no attempt at making a customer happy by actually ensuring that this doesn’t happen again. But it does.
No more taco bell for me.

I’ve been to this location 5 or 6 times and every time I go through the drive thru. The people working the drive-​thru are always friendly and professional. My food orders have been correct and service has been fast. From a fast food point of view my expectations of product and service have been exceeded. It is decent food if you are in a hurry and on a budget.

We were the only people in line and it took 15 minutes and three different employees to take our order. All we even got were four tacos. Then they gave us the wrong change. It took another 5 minutes and a fourth employee to get us the right change. This place is bad, even by taco bell standards.

i had been craving taco bell. so i went for lunch today. i am in awe of how slow this joint was. it took nearly 30 minutes to get my chow.
after reading other reviews, i see its been slow for years. how is that even possible!?!
and the chick running the register needs some manners. she was treating the customers like jerks — including the 5 or so uniformed service members.
food was good enough, took care of my cravings. but i won’t ever go back.

i went there for a quick lunch. i had $ 10 worth of volcano tacos, which is apparently a lot of tacos. the staff was attentive and friendly. the service was fast. lots of military personal. not ghetto. good, hot food fast. can’t beat that.

This has got to be the best Taco Bell I’ve ever ate at. I worked for Taco Bell as a Manager back in the mid 70’s to the mid 80’s. This TBell really takes pride in it’s food presentation. All items ordered were made with the correct portions and the food was the right temperature. Everything was wrapped and packaged perfectly. I will always eat at this TBell whenever I’m home and want to go to TBell even though there are 3 TBell’s closer to my house. Trust me the little extra drive is worth it. Way to go!

While it is a Taco Bell, and it is Fast-​Food, it is no excuse to have bad service. The staff I’ve had experiences with are catty, rude, and short with customers. The food is AWFULthese days as well. Save yourself a trip to this Taco Bell. Go somewhere else.

I came in into this Taco Bell expecting to eat some quick tasty fast food. 20 minutes later I’m sitting down starving wondering when my food will get to me? Then annoyed, 4 others and I went back into line and asked for a refund. All the the girl in the front did was smile as if people asking for their money back was comedic. All I could see in the back was 5 workers standing around doing absolutely nothing but stare at a screen.
I will never come to this Taco Bell again.

I have always liked Taco Bell. It’s the only fast food I will eat, besides In-​and-​Out. This particular location is the closest to my house and like most fast food restaurants they deliver what you expect fast. So no real complaints and no criticisms, its a Taco Bell.
