This was our first time here and not exactly on the road home but also wasn’t hard to find with directions. I was a little nervous as I normally am with my baby’s hair but Eli was super cool about listening to all my concerns and making True’s hair nothing less than satisfactory! My son was super stoked to have Eli trim him up plus price was right! We’ll definitely be heading back to this little hidden gem;) We went in for a cut but left with a STYLE!

Gone to a lot of different barbers but Eli is the best I’ve found. Good cuts and a chill vibe here being right next to the beach. I recommend this barber shop to all my friends and family.

Hands down the friendliest, most professional barbershop in VC. Eli is great at what he does, prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is classy and relaxing! I’m definitely going to Eli for my haircuts moving forward.

Great barbershop. First time trying it out. The place has a nice feel to it. Great customer service. Eli gave me the haircut I wanted and made sure I left satisfied. I would recommend this place if you haven’t tried it.

If what they say is true and you are only as good as your last haircut, then this must be why Eli makes sure you always leave his shop looking your best! This young man is one of Ventura County’s finest barbers with a skill set as diverse as his clientele.

I’ve been to Ocean Breeze Barbershop four times. Each time I’ve left really happy. The owner, Eli Ramirez, cuts my hair really well and makes me feel like I’ve been his customer for years. The shop is small, but the atmosphere is nice – his TV is usually tuned to something entertaining, and he makes good conversation.
As of this writing Eli charges $ 15 per haircut. He only accepts cash, although I’ve told him to start an account with Square register. In fact, the only reason I don’t get my haircut more often at Ocean Breeze is that I rarely carry cash.
If you’re in the area and need a haircut, I would highly recommend you stop in.
