To sum it up: Terrible customer service and unsanitary. At this point in my life i’ve been to many nail salons and have decided that it’s much better to pay the extra few bucks for your nail service and go to an upscale salon(I head over to Rye) where they treat you like a human being, do a good job, and have a clean facility. However, my sister was in town, we were on a tight schedule, had dinner plans next door and she REALLY needed her nails done so we went here. I got the guy who clearly prefers not to do pedicures. My sister got a woman who actually took her time and did a decent job despite the attitude. My sister started her pedicure a good 10 minutes atleast before me yet somehow I was done way before she was. This guy barley cleaned my feet. When he did take the scrubber to my heel, he went so hard and fast the he ended up getting the TOP of my foot and taking of skin. This hurt. When my sister noticed she said something to him and he looks up at HER, laughs, and goes«oh sorry» and continued painting my toes! My sister kindly reminded him that it’s not HER foot he injured it was mine! WTF? Of course the paint job wasn’t any better. Polish all over the cuticles. I just wanted to get out of there and wasn’t going to give him a tip. My sister, made a big deal out of it and asked the lady who did her pedicure to do my polish(as her technician did a decent job). I go back in the chair thinking she’s going to re-polish but instead she just tries to clean around this guys mess! You get what you pay for at this place. You can tell when you walk on by their clientele and facility that this is a dump. Port Chester is developing rapidly and hopefully there will be better nail options in the downtown area. Until then I will continue to head over to Rye or Rye Brook

If this review is too long here’s a summary: quick, but problematic service with very poor customer service. Will never return and do not recommend. I had a very unfortunate experience here. I went for a gel manicure on a Friday in preparation for a wedding on Saturday. Quick service — not necessarily polite but I feel that way about a lot of nail salons so I wasn’t bothered. Nails looked good when leaving and I was happy. I’m honestly easily pleased. Saturday afternoon I noticed my nails started turning black around the edges — it looked as though my makeup had gotten on them at first, but wouldn’t wash off. Unfortunately this got worse and worse and clearly was not make up or any other black substance on my nail — the polish itself was turning black. I went back to the salon on Tuesday, and after announcing my arrival(no one greets you here) I explained the situation. The man working told me that this happens once in a while with customers who use certain products at home. I will acknowledge that that is a possibility but I do think it is unlikely — I get my nails done somewhat regularly and have never experienced this before. Also, he could have started out by apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring me that they would help fix this(customer service basics). I told the man I understand that this may have happened because of a certain product, but regardless I paid $ 30 three days ago and my nails are now very dirty looking. He rudely told me that they charge $ 25 and I was lying that I paid $ 30(excuse me for tipping). I asked him what he suggests I do and he told me they will put a new top coat on. I asked him if the same result would follow and he said probably. So I said no I do not want to do that then, can you please remove the gel polish and paint them clear so that the gel residue does not make my nails look dirty. He agreed. The woman who removed my gel process and started to paint my nails was polite and thorough. Then she told me it would be $ 10 for the manicure. I asked to speak to the man who I originally spoke with and he came over. I explained to him I did not want to pay an additional $ 10– I expected my gel manicure to last 2 weeks and it lasted less than 24 hours. He told me this was not their fault that I use chemicals at home and asked if I thought they worked for free at this salon. At this point, I feel like I am wasting my time. I said no I understand you do not work for free but I also do not pay for nothing. I said I will pay since you clearly lack customer service at this establishment and asked for change for a $ 20. He then told me I did not have to pay so I said great and left. Again, I will never return and do not recommend.

I like this salon because it’s reasonably priced and there is a woman there named Ann who does great nails! She know how to do the almond /stiletto style which for some reason so many nails salons do not know how to do. They have a decent choice in gel colors

These guys were very professional and it was great that there was no wait time. The price was very reasonable. It could be a little cleaner.

I was a loyal client here for the past 3 years. I referred many friends and family! I spend well over $ 100 a month. With this said I was treated disrespectfully twice allowing the first time to slide. The second time I waited over 45 mins without being acknowledged and told there would be a wait. I was the last before closing and my acrylic fill with gel $ 30 without tip was embarrassing. My nails were so thick they looked like shovels. Kevin learn how to treat your customers like clients… You lost my business and my daughters business. We go to VIP nails in Greenburgh thanks to you. I’m sure they value us… $ 3000 a year for services is a lot to loose. Ladies there are better places out there… Free parking. Demand what you pay for or switch! Bye bye Kevin! Big mistake passing me to that guy and leaving home early!!!

I’ve been going to this place for years! I love the work they do! I’ve been to lots of other places and paid more money and my nails only lasted one week! My nails are always done perfectly! And they are very inexpensive compared to other places. They also do eyebrows very good! They have all the up to date products!

I really liked it there. The tech was very pleasant. And had everything I look for. They were fast, I didn’t have to wait, they did a great job nails looked perfect and they were inexpensive. Who needs a fancy place where they take too long and charge double. I thought Kevin’s nails was great

I have been to different salon for my pedicure and manicure. One time on a Sunday evening, I was the last customer. I was drying my nails and the lights went off. I thought they were just cleaning up. Then went I stood up, the door was locked. I was locked in. I called my husband and he told me to call the police which I did,. The police called the owner. He came back and apologize. That’s all. When icame back two weeks after, we made a big joke out of my situation. The owner and staff did not even bother to offer anything to make up for their stupid mistake. I could have sued them

I’ve been a customer of this nail salon for years. Knock on wood, I’ve never gotten an infection or had any issues with their service or cleanliness. I have seen the salon being cleaned and their tools sanitized. You don’t get any massages while your polish is drying or any real frills, but for the cost and location, you can’t beat it. I go every two weeks and have referred them many satisfied customers.

Awful. This place is dirty! I went there to get a mani/pedi before a wedding and left with paint not only on my nails, but the sides of my fingers as well. The man was not nice and I felt rushed even though there was barely anyone in there. Location is great, but unfortunately I will never be returning
