DSW just doesn’t do it for me… any of their locations.
I’ve been to two DSW’s (this one and the one in Yonkers) and both are just blah. I understand it’s geared more towards women, but they do have men’s shoes/​sneakers as well.
I came in here looking for sneakers/​shoes spur of the moment and as usual for DSW, none of their stock met my fancy. The prices were… well, what they were. There wasn’t a great selection for my tastes (which would be the second DSW like that for me) and I just don’t care for the location or the brand. The staff was basic, nothing special but not rude either. I won’t ever be coming here again, so I won’t be finding out anything further from this location or any DSW for that matter.
If you like to shop here, by all means. They are pretty sizable inside and you may just find what you’re looking for. Just don’t expect to find normal shoelaces in DSW — they only have sporty colors.
Located in a sizable shopping plaza with plenty of parking.

Great customer service. Staff and management went out of there way to make sure I found what I needed and assisted in ordering boots from other store.
