Screw this place. We ordered at 8:45 and we called around 10:15 to ask where our order was and they gave us the manger(who’s name is Louis) who then claimed we never ordered. So, we checked to see if they charged the card, which they did 3 times and the manager then told us we were lying while extremely rude to us and even told one of us to, «f**k yourself» then hung up on us when all we were doing was saying they charged us. Honestly considering going to the better business bureau.

Horrible service! I placed an order online on 1÷10÷15 at 7:30 p.m. for pickup. I sent my spouse and daughter to pick up the order & when they arrived home we realized Dominos did not give us the correct order. I contacted the store who confirmed that they did not provide the correct order and they offered to deliver the correct order within 60 — 90 minutes. At 10:00 p.m. we still had no order! Really? I contacted the store again only to be told that the driver dropped the order??? What? They offered to remake it and deliver it within thirty minutes. 3 hours for parmesan bites??? I have ordered from this location many times but this is a new low for them! Work on your customer service and resolve problems in a favorable and expeditious manner. So in a nutshell I paid for food that I never received!!! #UNHAPPYDOMINOSCUSTOMER!

The worst location in the world. I’ve never experienced such a horrible chain in my life. I called to make sure they delivered to where I was staying since I was staying at a hotel. They said yes. I make my order and it never came. I called to see its status 2:25am(they close at 3am) no answer I was listening to the machine over and over again. I wasn’t able to get in touch with a live person nor did I ever receive my pizza. So glad I didn’t pay with a card.

Completely ridiculous. Don’t bother calling to check where your delivery is because nobody will answer for 15 minutes if st all. Told in email confirmation delivery would come in 45 – 55 minutes from a location that is 4MILESAWAY and here I am an hour and a half at 1:30 in the morning and still waiting. After 15 minutes on hold they just answered the phone, they only have 2 drivers and apologized for the lateness as I speak. So, moral of the story is if you want food within 2 hours of ordering, probably should avoid dominos on a Friday night.

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I rarely order from Domino’s and this is a great example of why. I placed an order online, 25 mins, the tracker showed my food had been delivered. Maybe in a paralell universe because it wasn’t to me. I called the store 10 minutes after the online tracker showed it had been delivered to be told«it’s on the way». Another 20 mins passed and I called again, was placed on hold instantly and then called again to be told, «I have one delivery driver and 8 orders» AREYOUKIDDINGME? Domino’s sort your s&^% out and set customer expectations accordingly. had I been told I’d be waiting over an hour, fine. But don’t tell me it will be 25 – 30 minutes and then be told on the phone, it’s going to take an hour and 40 minutes. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stupid me for ordering corporate!

This is one of the better Domino’s I’ve been to probably ever… Or that I can remember… Service was fast, respectful and the establishment is nice and clean. Nice.
