Food is authentic and portions are big. Service needs a little help. If you don’t speak Spanish it’s a bit difficult to order.

Asi Es Bakery is a very one kind place. You can find realy neat stuff here. Whenever I am in Port Chester I always prefer coming here for a short time, and leave with some really nice breakfast choices. Its always a better option than your standard fast food. Food is great, its always clean and welcoming. On occasions staff aren’t as nice, but its all good, busy here, and I can understand You should give it a try. Its in a rather central place in town

Eggs, rice and beans with bit of yummy chunks of wonder meat, arepas w/cheese, scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, and a steak. Not to mention they’re a bakery too so I ordered some warm cheese bread and last but not least some Colombian coffee! I think I’m going to order a siesta to go.

Overall: Food Taste: 5⁄5 Quality: 4⁄5 Clean and Tidy Place: 5⁄5 Staff: 3⁄5 I am used to eating food at traditional Colombian places in New York and my girl friend is Colombian, so certainly a lot at home. The food at this place is not very different from home. It is a very quick pick up and go place. Food is very good. Real Colombian style Coffee. Certainly worth a try. Pan De Bone = AWESOMENESS

I’ve only just started coming here, but I can confess to a very specific craving every morning for the scrambled egg sandwich. This place is great! The baked goods are really excellent and for this reviewer, very unusual. I’m becoming a fan.

My bf gives this place a a 3.5.He loves their eggs, he loves the complete breakfast. I like their baked goods and arepaaaa. The waitress’s are friendly. Would like to try the soup. Place is good if your looking for some home cooking at a neighborhood restaurant.

This was one of my favorite places to stop for a quick bite when I lived in Port Chester. The service is very good and the owner is such a nice guy. When I’m in a hurry, I grab a chicken pie and a cheese bread ball. It costs about $ 3 and keeps me satisfied for most of the day. Like most bakeries, the earlier you go to better the baked items will be. If you want to sit down for a meal, try the full Colombian breakfast. Scrambled ggs, rice&beans, steak and a huge arepa w/loads of fresh cheese on top.

I come here regularly since it’s the only Colombian bakery in my hometown, let alone one of the few in Westchester. However, there is nothing here exceptional. The bunelos and some of the other pastries taste decent, but a lot of the other baked items and breads are lackluster. Also have to agree with the other reviewer that the coffee here is not up to snuff. It looks like they serve meals as well, but I have never seen or ordered from a menu.

Stopped in to pick up something for breakfast – grab an arepa and go! It was pretty good, sweet and with cheese. The coffee however was not up to Juan Valdez’s standards. Looking at the other photos – I need to make a 2nd trip to have a more complete review.
