What a pair of shysters. When I came to retrieve my consigned items, some of them had disappeared. It was also VERY difficult to retrieve the items I had dropped off. I had dropped off numerous items for consignment and, fortunately, taken pictures of this inventory. Most people probably do not do this and they BANK on the fact that most people, if they do return for their items, will not be able to find them as it is up to the consignee to look THROUGHOUT the entire store without any help from the store owners. It took me fully 30 — 40 minutes to find some of my items. Two of the items should have been easy to find — 2 pieces of jewelry and a pair of shoes. Since these were areas that were easily searched, I started there to no avail. After about 10 minutes of searching in this area, the man exclaimed that he HAD sold a pair of shoes and a necklace, if that’s what I was looking for.
If you drop items off, go back and photograph the labels with their sale price — make sure you are getting the contracted return price.
Go back often and know where your items are.
Take pictures of everything as you drop it off.
He openly said that most folks do not return to pick up their consigned items. In the end, I did leave some items that I could not find. One of these things was a necklace that she admitted could not be found. Methinks 100% return for them makes VERY good bank for them. Not on my damn watch. SHAME ON YOU, SWEET REPEATS. NOT SO SWEET IN MY BOOK.

Lots of nice things and decent prices… clean and organized. However the sales team was not helpful almost to the point of uncomfortable. Made it very unpleasant… made us feel like an annoyance. probably won’t go back. Too many places to shop that welcome our business.
