I recently had my Mother’s funeral service at K, P & U. Fred was my funeral director.
I can’t express how kind, patient and caring and knowledgeable Fred was. Mom’s passing on a Friday was a bit of a problem due to the fact we couldn’t get the church to answer over the weekend. Being from out of state I had family flying in for her service and we had date and time restraints. Fred got the ball rolling on Monday AM… soon we had a date for the church and he took it from there. He handled EVERYTHING and perfectly. I didn’t need to do a thing. That is such peace of mind when your mourning.
The funeral home is modern, clean and fully staffed to fill all of your wishes. It has all of the latest video techniques.
Seems a bit strange to leave a review for a funeral home, but I felt that Fred and Kays, Ponger & Useton needed recognition.
