High pressure to buy what John wanted me to purchase. Instead of $ 98 glasses I wanted his push was about $ 330. I was left totally dissatisfied by his approach. It seemed like a bait and switch operation. I have purchased from them in the past but it is not worth being hassled, pressured and pretty much refused to honor their advertised pricing. I wanted single vision in $ 98 frames, nothing complicated about it. I got exactly what I wanted at W*****t for $ 107 with no pressure. Shop Eyeglass World at your peril for upsell pressure.

I lost my Reading glasses. They took me right away & I had an examine & fixed my broken glasses so I would have something to wear & ordered two new pairs of the broken ones. Friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

The eye doctor (Andrew V.) is wonderful. Very good doctor who takes care of you. The office staff is also very kind and easy to deal with (even crank pants). They put effort in to customer service here which is hard to find in a corporate place like this. Definitely worth stopping by.

I was a little drawn back about the thought of getting an eye exam and glasses from a «budget» place. I am so glad that I went to Eyeglass World in Port Charlotte! They really made us feel comfortable. The whole process was very easy and cost effective. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. Our glasses were ready in less than two hours! I hadn’t had an eye exam in 25 years and didn’t realize how bad my eyes really were. Now I can see!
