Fast and efficient. Called for an appointment and they were able to come out the next day. The repair man showed up on time and fixed the problem AND adjusted the door for a better fit. Great service. Would use them again.

I would not use them again. We were in a new house for 5 days and the garage door worked fine but we had no remotes. We called for a service call because we found the D & D number on the lift system. While there were at our house they did some adjustments to the door. As soon as the tech left we could not get the door to go down. Then all kinds of lights were blinking. We didn’t know what any of them met because the tech never explained the system to us liked he was supposed to and like he wrote down on his bill. We left the house for a few days and then came back. Same problems. My father was in the emergency room and it took us 15 minutes to get the door to close because it kept stopping midway. I called D&D back today and spoke to the service manager. She didn’t want to hear anything, kept sighing on the phone, and refused to send another service person out to fix the door that they ruined on me. She said she didn’t have an available appointment today. I asked her about one tomorrow and she responded with a loud, rude sigh. She insisted on talking to my BF(who is a nurse not a garage tech) and gave him all kinds of excuses as to why the door won’t work. Too much sunlight, overheating, dirty eyes, old door, etc. None of these things were true in our case. Their tech ruined my door and they refuse to stand behind their work. We have huge regrets ! Stay away!

I had a broken spring on a heavy, hurricane-rated 8’x16’ door with both my cars trapped inside. The tech made every effort to get to us before the end of business. He couldn’t fix it immediately, but he got the door open long enough to get our cars out. The next day he returned and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.
