Prices are reasonable portions are nice sized… but…I ordered lasagna and meat balls… the lasagna was topped with a tomato sauce that tasted as if it was burnt… the noodles where thinner than most lasagna and the meatballs… well I;m still trying to figure out what they were made of… the only redeeming part of meal was my dining partners meal was very good. Bottom line… I’ll give it a second chance

Food is ok not great. Prices are good. BUT dont order drinks in a tall glass. Young waitress charged us double for drinks and you could not taste the alcohol. We were charge $ 12.00 for rum and coke. Also $ 12.00 for volka and tonic. When we complained the waitress said I am only 22 I dont know how to pour shots. I wont ever go back. Lots of better places in Port Charlotte. In fact almost anywhere else would be better.

Nice friendly service and inexpensive menu plus big portions but I wouldn’t go back. Food wasnt very good for this seasoned traveler that that eats out often.

Camila’s is the old Georgio’s/Jimmy’s located on the South bound side of Rt. 41, South of Midway. Appearance wise, it looks exactly the same as the mentioned predessors. That’s where the similarities end. Menu is a lot less Greek, with a few Mexican items added. It’s ‘comfort food heaven.‘ They have many reasonably priced daily specials with soup of the day included. They also have ‘Early Bird Specials’ that start at 11 a.m. They not only include soup of the day to get you started, they also include dessert(puddings, ice cream, etc.). Specials & ‘Early Bird Specials’ are all reasonably priced. As with the predecessors, service is great, food is consistently good. If the lunch crowd is an indicator, the new owner will be very succesful.
