Absolutely horrible service, we ordered our food to go and 45 minutes later they seem to have lost our ticket. Apparently they can’t handle the volume of 15 people that were sitting in the restaurant. Have yet to even eat the pizza and I will never return. New establishment is off to a bad start.

Wonderful wonderful food. Absolutely no complaints about food. Service however… first off i am a server so I am extremely patient and rekaxed wuth servers, that being said, the service was terrible. Just awful, the guy had an incredible personality, but he was ridiculously slow. It took us over 2 hours for our experience. I understand it’s an Italian restaurant, more laid back, but 20 minutes just to take our drink order. Then he would bus tables instead of coming back for our food order, didn’t even look our way to see if we were ready. Food was incredible though.

Nice place. It was a quiet family owned place. We’ve been there a couple times before and the food is always great. I will say that the stuffed pizza was not what I expected, but I’ve had a few truly good stuffed pizzas so maybe my expectations were high.

Fairly pricey for the product received. I ordered takeout that consisted of a medium special(deluxe) and an order of mozzarella sticks. $ 25 was a little steep for anything below food porn status, but I kept an open mind. While the flavor and the freshness(damn thing was steaming out of the box) of the pizza were on point, it was rather geasy. The mozzarella sticks left a bit to be desired and were definitely not a crowd pleaser. Ill chalk up the pizza to worth the price and probably better if had dined in.

Love this place for simple Italian restaurant. All dishes are great, especially like the meatballs and the pizza. Nice to sit down with a glass of wine or draft beer. If you’re tired of the big box restaurants this needs to be your next stop.

Great service — we were there early — but no Bud Light(ran out) and pizza was BURNED on crust. Paid for beer and left — disappointing based on reviews.

Charming little family restaurant with pizza that reminded me of NYC(home) and friendly fast service at a good price. I had the margarita, my husband had the plain cheese and we were both happy to find a real New York style place. The crust is thin, but not super crispy and flakey. The garlic knots were fresh, but pretty plain.

It’s out of the way in a strip mall but well worth a visit. There’s nothing frozen or chained in this place… everything is authentic. Don’t let the low overhead and cornet design fool you — the food is terrific! If there’s a better pizza in Port Charlotte I want to know — their’s as good at it gets. I’ve had clams with linguini, spaghetti and meatballs, calamari and any number of pizzas. The owner’s mom is there as extra charm… she helps with cooking. Bill the owner is kind of shy but a good guy and the wait staff aims to please. The prices are moderate; portions are generous. Whether eating in or to go, this is a must for folks in Port Charlotte area

I’ve always had great pizza at Bella Napoli, even delivery! My favorite is the Bella Napoli Special.

The primavera pizza could not possibly be better unless it was just bigger. Raviolis were good and the marinara was thin and seasoned well and tasted homemade. The calzone was very good. They were packed on Saturday night but there is a reason for that.

We had been looking for a decent pizza since we moved here almost 3 months ago and tried Bella Napoli’s earlier this week. I can honestly say that I will no longer be «homesick» for the pizza from up north! The crust is thin and homemade sauce is perfect .not too sweet. We had sausage(yum!) Mushroom & onion. Next day we tried their sausage onion & green pepper and meatball & cheese sandwiches. Will be going back to try veal piccata & clams w/linguini white sauce. We will definitely be regulars here.

Looking for a location for great Italian food, Bella Napoli fell into our laps. Its a cute little restaurant with a taste of old style NY flair, we were greeted immediately upon entering the door. We were seated, given menus, and our drink order was taken seconds later. While we waited for our food, the female owner came over and made small talk with us, which I thought was super sweet. She wanted to talk to all the customers it seems, and that sure makes a person feel welcome. The prices were unbelievably cheap. When the food came out, the portions were WOW! I had the Veggie Stromboli & the husband had the Cheese Steak sandwich. His sandwich was served on toasted bread, cooked to order. He was VERY impressed. My Stromboli, well, it was just fantabulous. I have never ventured away from a salad at an Italian joint before this and boy was I glad I took the chance. It was so flavorful and satisfying. I swear I just wanted to nap right there in the booth. I am extremely impressed with this spot and will definitely make a trip back soon. The tiramisu on their dessert menu is calling my name. Bravo, Bella Napoli, and Ciao for now.
