If this is the same Maryneth Nelson I used as my divorce attt, she came to court unprepared and the judge in Galveston Co told her so. This happened about 20 yrs ago, pre everything on the internet. Marybeth was supposed to have something this particular court appearance and she was trying to get it done just outside th e courtroom before going in. The judge asked Marybeth if she had the (?) and she did not have it prepared. I think she knew she screwed up because I was not billed for the remainder of her retainer. Hopefully she is more savy/​attentative to detail than she was then, maybe recently out of law school.
