A lot has changed since 2012, stable management, more attention to detail and caring staff. I would recommend to family.

A Catastrophie if there ever was one. This is a hospital? I think not. Its more like a ward. The staff and services at this place is without a doubt unprofessional, and unworthy of medical practices. My parent was in the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas and when I went into the facility to see him, I was devastated of his treatment and the staff’s unCARING and unprofessional demeanors. Please, please DO NOT allow yourself of anyone you care about to be admitted to this WARD… the staff, including the TOP ADMINISTRATORS makes excuses and hide the facts that their staff and employees are sub-​par professionals who are only there to get a check. These people are NOT interested in the welfare of people’s health. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: DO NOT ENTER THIS FACILITY unless of course you want to be treated badly.
