My fiancée and I had a wonderful shopping experience at Samuels Jewelers in Central Mall and we owe it all to the store manager, Gladys Mendoza. From the moment we walked in Gladys made us feel comfortable, unrushed and welcome. She answered all of our questions clearly and didn’t try to upsell us, or divide and conquer like so many sales people try to do when making this kind of sale. Her tone was friendly, professional and patient even though we were in the store looking for about two hours.
We ended up purchasing a 2 carat wedding band set that my fiancée is crazy about. My fiancée left much more educated about diamonds and white gold, and I left knowing exactly how the warranty works and what policies sets Samuels jewelers apart from the other jewelry chains. I even got a 10% discount for being a military veteran.
Whenever we need to purchase more jewelry, you can be sure that this will be the first store we check out..

Allen (hoped I spelled his name right) was absolutely amazing in his help getting the perfect ring for my Fiancé. She doesn’t like the typical engagement rings so he worked with me tirelessly to find the right jewel and the right ring. I will continue to always go to him and this company for all of my jewelry needs.
