I will never go to this place again. I use to get my clothes dry clean here all the time. Until one day when I picked up my suit, I had holes in my pants and jacket. I then called and told an employee that they have ruin my clothes. Everything was fine when they told me they were going to pay for it until the owner or manager accused me of ruining my own suit that I bought a few weeks ago. And will not pay for their mistake and told me I had put something on my clothes that causes the holes.

Eh, it’s an ok cleaners. They do not do alterations or replace buttons at this location (unless they are the ones that knock the button off).
I am still trying to understand why when I take in pants that do not have creases in them, the come back with creases added; I would think that it would not be that way but if you don’t want creases in your garments, you should let them know. If things go well, they won’t have creases, but if you don’t say anything, chances are you will get creased pants whether you want them or not.
