Wave sent a supervisor to fix our problem after posting this review. Tried changing the channel on the router which was set to a fixed rather than scanning setting. That didn’t work, so we requested a new router. The new router seems to have fixed the problem. I am still very upset that we paid $ 70 for 100Mbps for more than six months and only received about 35Mbps(valued at $ 25.55 @ .73/Mbps) It seems to me WAVE owes me $ 266 for the difference in service between what I paid and what I received. They tried to offer a $ 15 credit which is BEYONDINSULTING. They will be receiving my itemized bill along with verification of tested speeds from
