Stopped in on our first weekend here after buying our dream retirement/weekend house for a dessert. Met the owner, who was so friendly and charming. He took the time to walk me thru my caramel options(we decided in half dark and milk chocolate sea salt caramels) and answered all my questions about the sugar free offerings. He was so friendly, even though his store was packed, and such a happy guy, it reminded me of Bruce’s Candy Kitchen in Cannon Beach, Oregon, where I grew up. Everything you want in a small town candy store. We will be visiting here to pick up some treats for our new renters and their welcoming basket! Well done.

Fudge was absolutely delicious! This was one of the first shops I took my boys to when we moved over to the area. We also easily spent just as much time picking out other sweets besides the amazing fudge!

Candy making should be left to perfectionists. These perfectionists! Every ounce of fudge we consumed was pure heaven. In our travels we have often sampled fudge from local shops. Reviews from terrible to sublime can come from these samplings. Here we simply found heaven by the bite. If you feel you are worthy of an incredible treat, stop at this shop and spoil yourself.

My wife and I came through here four years ago on our honeymoon, and again this last weekend on our anniversary. We love this place, it’s so cute, smells wonderful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This was the biggest thing we were looking forward to revisiting, and made our whole road trip from Olympia worth it!

Straight out of a storybook! We loved this shop so much. My dad, husband, daughter, and little sister stopped in after lunch to grab some fudge and MAN was it delicious! I highly recommend the raspberry fudge for anyone who would prefer it not too rich. But, the rich classic flavors were scrumptious too. They also have pretty much any candy you could think of, of course. Train runs up around the perimeter and my daughter loved that.

You know that awesome scene in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where«the candy man can ’cause he mixes it with loooooooove?» That’s what it feels like when you go into this little shop. And the best part? The people who own this place are just good people. Really good people. They genuinely care about their customers. They genuinely care about their community. This little candy store really anchors this community. This is going to sound so weird(but I swear it’s true), I feel a little privileged to spend my money here. Having moved from a very impersonal city, this little shop makes Port Angeles feel like home. So, if you want to give your kids a magical experience, if you want to pander to your sweet tooth, if you want to just feel good about the Port Angeles community, go to Northwest Fudge & Confections.

This place gets an A+!! It is a cute shop filled to the brim with all sorts of candies, chocolates, fudges and even home-made ice cream. They had so much in there to choose from! Although I was jonesing for some huckleberry icecream, which they unfortunately didn’t have today, but the strawberry cheesecake was incredible!!! I also bought fudge for my fiancé back in Florida-the chocolate and peanut butter and the Tiger(vanilla, chocolate and peanut butter). I tried little bits of both and they were very yummy. I wish they’d had huckleberry fudge, though! There were shelves of all sorts of candies, including butter after-dinner mints! I haven’t had those in years(it took me back to my childhood when my dad would portion out some to me and my sisters after dinner). The man who worked there was super nice and friendly. I know that I would be on a first-name basis with him if I lived here-haha! All in all, I am glad that I stopped here and I would absolutely come back!

PERFECT small town candy store. A tiny little storefront that opens up into a big, amusingly cluttered candy store straight out of a Harry Potter book featuring some of the best, most inventive fudge in recent memory(Pumpkin Pie!!!). This place achieves the kind of intimacy and coziness that places like Rocky Mountain Candy Company can only aspire to. Well done.

I’ve never said this about an eatery before but they need music! Something about the way that building is built traps all the noise near the door and when I went to the back counter for a Rootbeer Float it was really awkward and depressing. Just a little tune would brighten up the place I think. Also, the float tasted great, creamy creamy root beer. The complaint: no ice cream to be had, It was the consistency of root beer, didn’t ask for a root beer… I do apprciate NW Fudge, this was only constructive criticism. I hope they stay!

A chocolate(and candy) lovers dream! The store offers a variety of chocolates, truffles, chocolate covered fruits and nuts, salt water taffies, gummies, and many other hard to find candies and goodies. There is definitely something for everyone here. The selection can be overwhelming, but if you’re looking for something specific be sure to ask. My favorite part of the store is the homemade fudge. They have several types available, and also have rotating flavors, so you’ll often see something new. My husband and I picked up the plain chocolate fudge and the chocolate amaretto fudge. Both fudges were smooth, sweet, and creamy, but the amaretto definitely won me over. The owner(I didn’t get his name) was very friendly, and told us of their plans to produce more in-house made chocolates. They are also just recently started offering hand dipped ice cream from Oregon. If you can’t make it to the store, they have a website that you can order from. It is a lovely store sure to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.
