I’ve been to all the smoke shops in PA, and this is the only one that I have returned to. The staff is as helpful as they can be, and they are always kind. Though at first glance, Muffy’s isn’t quite aesthetically pleasing we must all remember to never judge a book by its cover. Because out of all PA shops this one is the ugliest, but it has the biggest heart by far.
