The Pizza here is by far some of the best I have ordered without knowing anything about a place and ordering blind. We were in PA for a graduation party… we ordered over the phone from the grandstands with their online menu… we were told 15 to 20 minutes WOWTHATSFAST Cool not a problem. OK the good and the bad… The Good: Pizza rocked and I mean ROCKED fantastic flavor in the sauce well adorned with the meats and cheeses… My wife wanted spaghetti and meat balls OK they got that to… Hey even had a special buy one get one free on the meat balls sooooo sure we will do that for sure… Spaghetti was bangin good my wife loved it and the meat balls were huge and very flavorful. The Bad: OK remember I said the order would be ready 15 to 20 mins well that’s not what happend… We got there 20 min later, paid for the food then we proceeded to watch several others come in and get pizza to go but none were for us. OK no problem we will wait for good food… another couple comes in looks at menu, clearly had not ordered ahead and then order a medium pizza and each get a pint o beer to drink whilst they wait for ther to go pizza… 10 mins later beer consumed oh hey here’s your pizza… WTF then after being there a good 45 minutes on top of the 20 mins to arrive, after calling it in we get the damn food. WOW but hey it was great pizza. This would be a 5 star review but other than the wait all was great, but hey I was hungry and maybe just maybe a bit grumpy. If you are in town and not in a real rush I recommend Gordys for your Italian fix.

So I’m now updating my review from ’12. I definitely love eating here, still. But I am less inclined to get a pizza any longer. It seems my crusts, the few times I’ve ordered pizza, have been at least one thing = consistent(ly soggy). I’m not a fan of pizza that drips out of my hand. Unless of course it’s doing so under the weight of excessive toppings and melted cheese. This pizza however… not that kind. It just kinda flops the way a wet paper towel might. Soooo… no longer inspired to have pizza here. But the rest of the menu this far(calzone!) has been good to me. And the cookies. :)

Came in today with the family and this place just gets better. Very friendly, helpful service. I got a mini Bella Luna(with mushrooms instead of olives) and my hubby and boys got the Hobgoblin. I was planning on snapping a picture but we literally inhaled the deliciousness of this pizza. The best sauce and crust! A family favorite indeed!

We go here every summer after camping near Port Angeles. It serves great local pizza and the staff are always friendly! The prices are really decent. Anyone looking for a good meal in Port Angeles should support this business!

Absolutely delicious! We had Greek pizza and the kids ordered fettuccine Alfredo. Both were flavorful and like no other we’ve had. Love the fact that you order at the counter(quick service) yet have sit –down restaurant quality. Highly recommended!

The jalapeño poppers were reminiscent of old grease that should have been thrown out last week. Everything costs extra, house salad is $ 3.99, add a side salad to your pasta for $ 3.49? Extra pasta sauce? That’s an additional cost, too. Extra napkin? Theres a price for that, too. Just kidding, but i seriously felt nickle and dimed. My husband’s entrée didn’t make it onto the ticket somehow even though the order was repeated back to him. The prices were a little high for a non-service restaurant(i.e. go up to the counter to order, no servers). Ok. No tip. And I definitely would hit Taco time a block down before ever going back to this restaurant.

Decent home-town style West Coast pizza. It tastes of childhood.

Pretty incredible… I came for the calzones and man did they have a selection, most I’ve ever seen. Menu is plentiful and dessert selection is awesome too.

Great pizza, cold beer and friendly service, all at a very reasonable price. Kids loved the selection of toppings for pizza and mom liked the idea that they offered«half orders» of pasta dishes which turned out to be almost enough for two people. Highly recommend after a day of hiking or casual night out for pizza.

First time eating at Gorgy’s, was recommended to come here from the RV park we were staying at. Since it was hot out and we had our 2 black labs with us we got take out and headed to a spot to eat in the air conditioned truck. Service was great for take out, they gave us everything we needed. My husband got the He-Man pizza and liked it and I got the lasagna and loved it! Both had spicy sausage that was really tasty. Would go back here again in a heart beat. Check the website for coupons and also, if you are local and eat here a bunch, they have a rewards program. Would like to try their calzones or a sandwich as those looked really good too, perfect for lunch on the go.

First time in Port Angeles and was looking for something other than seafood. Lots of selections on the menu and the customer service was friendly and fast. Pizza was decent and the wings were tasty, although a little on the small side. Bonus points for having a baby changing table and I wish all restaurants had high chairs with trays. They even came with a package of crayons, etc and a bib. The dining area was also big and the restaurant was clean. Would eat here again if I was back in town.

They had a big selection to choose from, everything we had was excellent. Their sinker sandwich was amazing, it was a big meatball sandwich that was good down to the last bite.

The last time we ordered it took an hour and a half to get our food– I should have known better than to try again. This time, we ordered two Cesar salads with smoked salmon. Our order arrived with no salmon on the salads. I called and the lady said they could mail us a gift certificate or send us a replacement«when they were out our way», then hung up on us. I called back and she said we hung up on her… not true. They ended up sending us replacements that we got about an hour and a half after ordering them.

LOVE this place! Ate in-house with Hubby and two small children as well as ordered delivery a couple times. Service was good… food was amazing! Granted. they could check in with customers a smidgen when dining in. Felt a lil cold in that sense. Ordering held great personality but fell short after we paid and waited and ate there. We would have ordered more had someone came and asked how we were doing or if we wanted anything else. All in all. yummy food, sub par customer service(dine-in). Delivery-girl was fantastic tho!!!

Although I love pizza I hate trying random pizza places as they usually suck. I end up being disappointed and angry at the crappy pizza, even though it’s not the pizza’s fault. Because this was one of the few non-Chinese restaurants open on News Years Day we gave it a shot. The old man and I ordered their ‘special’ which was a two topping medium, jumbo shrimp salad(note that the salad is jumbo, not the shrimp) and a two liter of soda for $ 21.99. We also had cheese sticks. I was hoping that because we were eating in the cashier might just give me a cup instead of a jug of soda. No dice. The cheesesticks were classic frozen food service. Totally fine with these. Salad was all iceberg with some rusty bits for color. Hmmm… The pizza was«different» but we enjoyed it. By different I mean that the crust was the classic puffy kind, not the NW crust that I grew up with and eat almost exclusively. Lighter on the cheese than I would like, but not bad dipped in ranch. Now, if this was the only pizza place in my city I would cry daily. I could not eat this all the time, but it was semi-decent and I could it eat it once a year without becoming angry. I would NOT pay full menu price though.

Pizza by the slice? Yes please! We stopped by this place over the holiday weekend(4th of July in case you’re curious) for a beer and a couple of slices. The pizza was decent — I wasn’t blown away but it was a fair price for a fair slice! I went with the cheese and my dining partner went with the double pepperoni. Two slices and a soda for $ 5. I couldn’t finish both pieces… We also ordered some bread sticks which I have to say — weren’t my fav — the second one I bit into wasn’t cooked all the way. So gross but to be fair, the first one was pretty tasty. However, the service was friendly and the beer was cold — I would totally stop by again should I happen to roll through PA again. Oh — they do have really good cookies(if you like GIANT crispy chocolate chip). We got one on the way out — yum, yum!
