Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Had a garage door opener installed from here and it took a week longer than it should have because the installer called in sick the day I was to have mine installed… it was nice of Home Depot to let me know 2 hours after he was supposed to arrive. When the guy finally did show up, he installed my garage door wrong and to a point that I’m going to have to hire someone to come in and fix it. I’m done with this store. I only chose them over Lowes because of how close they were to my house. Never again!

Customer Service in this location is horrible! !!! Went in to buy a refrigerator, riding lawn mower and gas weed trimmer. Had to FIND an associate and when we did she acted as if we were bothering her. Bad customer service puts you out of business. Instead of Home Depot in Pooler try Lowe’s … Lowe’s is so much better, they want there customers to come back!!! We purchased all items from Lowe’s.

Could be better. Has pretty much what you need. The draw is the traffic in & out of the parking lot is like grand central station. The employees in the place really suck. Really, suck. On one occasion I’m loading my shopping cart in the garden section oh say 6:30pm and the employees decide to close the gates and shopping counter watching me as I roll up to attempt to exit. Only to be told I need to roll my heavy cart into the store that they can’t help.
Other occasions, I’ve asked for help in various areas only to be shunned like I’m a leopard. Maybe it’s me. No I did take a shower and put some deodorant on today. I know I’m not pretty, but neither are they. This isn’t a pickup scene. Oh well… They suck!
