After being told several times by the salesman Dale that the deposit he was requesting was refundable, I put a $ 5,000.00 deposit down on a unit so that I could get financing information. After I found a unit I preferred elsewhere a few days later, they refused to refund my deposit! They were so nice up until I decided not to buy from them. The salesman would not stand up and tell them that he told me my deposit was refundable. The manager told me I wasted their time and that he would have to get with the owner and call me back the next day. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them yet nor received a credit to my credit card. And I never signed anything, not a buyers order, nothing. Beware this company, and don’t put a deposit down unless you are sure you are buying. They actually believe that I owe them $ 5,000.00 because I was considering their unit but went with another unit instead. Before they refused my refund I would have recommended them, but now I’ve seen their true colors. Any company who treats people this way, even if they don’t buy, should be avoided.
