I ate at the Salted Fork tonight. The service was excellent! Thanks Dakota! The food was great, we shared a ribeye, the fried chicken and the chicken fried steak. The asparagus side was delicious. If it were my casino, I would make it a non-smoking establishment. The restaurant is non-smoking but is open to the casino, which is not. It was also a little loud with the music and the sound of the slot machines. Overall it was a good experience and I give it 3 stars.
