Pizza Hut

This place was terrible! It took way too long to be seated. We weren’t given menus until 2 minutes after we were seated. There was only 1 waitress who seemed like she knew what she was doing. One of the employees was hanging out behind the counter with her boyfriend. The place is just total chaos. Horrible dining experience.

Well. We had our 2 medium pizzas set to be ready by 6. Got there shortly after and they werent ready. No big deal because the drive up window was 7 – 8 people deep and there were a few other people in line inside. I can handle them being busy. It was a Friday night. Got home with the pizzas? They were burnt. So, we called and asked what they could do. They said they would get us two new ones ready in 20 minutes. FIne, no big deal I’ll take it. I waited about 15 minutes then mad the 5 – 7 minute drive back to the store. Well. I get there. And learn they havent even made them yet. They literally called up the ticket to make them after I got there. So, I proceeded to wait another 35+ minutes. Got home at 7:30 with my families dinner when we should have had it by 6:15 done right the first time. It will be a while before we go back. I was fine until I had to wait another half hour or more. Wasnt pleased.

Called my order in at 610 was told 35 minutes. Showed up at 645 had to sit and wait til 7:05. Almost a hour to make 1 medium pizza!!! Crazy. The girl said they would have it out in just a few minutes and 20 minutes later… After the 35 from me calling it in. FINALLY I went inside and got my order which was sitting on the counter. I love their pizza and is why order from them instead of the other 70 places here but they definitely dropped the ball
