Travel Limousine Service

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this limousine service. Save your time, money, energy and stress for other things.
I had found this service at a Bridal Show in Morristown, the gentleman providing the information was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us a pricing sheet and a business card. Fast forward 8 months later, time to book the limo, I only needed one car for me and my bridal party of 4, for a one way ride from the hotel to the venue which was only — 5 miles away.
Booking the limo was an ease, friendly and knowledgeable staff, email confirmations sent quickly. Pricing was fair — was given a price of $ 185 to be paid to the driver directly the day of service.
The driver came in a timely fashion, called me to let me know that he was downstairs, I said we were running a little late, he said there would be a waiting time fee, OK not a problem.
Come down 10 minutes late, no limo or driver to be found, call him up and he shows up 10 minutes later.
I cannot begin to describe the lack of professionalism and service that this driver had, from not opening doors, to a car that smelled like cigarette smoke, not assisting with our flowers or one box that had to be taken to the venue, the bad driving skills not to mention going in the wrong way at the venue. Oh and arguing with my bridal party about fees. Thank goodness for my girls who are well versed in arguing with people and had no issues calling the parent company and threatening to report him.
Long story short, we only paid him the $ 185 that was agreed to. Honestly, we could have driven ourselves with a better outcome.
