Wink! Permanent Makeup and Lash Boutique

Bought a very deceptive Groupon. Why do businesses do that? Just keep it REAL! They had two options I picked the more expensive one thinking like most people I was getting more. Nope. I am so upset right now. I had to make an appointment to spend another $ 40+ to get what I want. Funny thing is that my Groupon says $ 400 value but if I look in their pricing sheet there is NO $ 400 option!!! The most expensive is the one I wanted.
Natural: 29 – 60 lashes $ 200
Flirty: 60 – 100 lashes $ 250
Glam: 100 plus lashes $ 300
So now I only got $ 60 lashes for $ 99. So WHY NOT JUST SAY I ONLY SAVED $ 100 not $ 300!!! And after I pay $ 40+ for ADDITIONAL lashes to get what I THOUGHT I was paying for… Ummmm ugh. Frustrating. Nice people. Very clean salon. Just quit being DECEPTIVE!!!

Kori is the best! She does a fabulous job taking care of her customers and is a true professional. I’ve had lashes for over a year and when I needed to take a break, she worked with me. I wouldn’t go to any other place to have my lashes done. And I always get compliments on my lashes!!!

I bought a GC also… however I experienced a totally different experience. I arrived right on time for my appointment; however I waited 30 minutes to be seen. I am always on time and leave good tips (usually 25−30%) The good thing is it was really fast application… although that might have been the downfall. My lashes are very sparse. Truthfully if I did it myself (- the kind you buy at the drugstore and then wash them off at night) and save the $ 100 I would of been equally satisfied. Sorry I usually give great reviews when they are due. however I will not be coming back to Wink.

I’ve done lash extensions before at other places but this place, WOW, it doesn’t get any better! Not only are the lashes featherweight (that’s always been a problem for me as they tend to feel heavy and a bit uncomfortable), they look natural and beautiful. No need for mascara any longer if you get the black. I do the black and brown mixed and the «flirty» style so they look more natural. You can go heavier if you like that look or have a special occasion that you want to glam out to. I’ve already had two applications and they have lasted 2+ weeks. The lash specialist, Kori, is quick and efficient so you are in and out in no time. That’s great for me who has very little time to spare. She let’s you know how to take care of them and gives you a little lash brush with each visit. And Kori is quick to let you know of any promotions going on as to not lighten your wallet too much. This is my regular stop from now on and so worth it. It’s amazing how lashes make you look younger as well.
The only negative to the whole visit is the receptionist. She’s new and doesn’t seem to know how to work the computer system or any computer for that matter. So making future appointments and paying is a bit of a challenge. Reserve your patience for her as you will need it.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for permanent eyeliner. I was extremely nervous before I went in. I had my session with Fatima, but the owner Monique and her explained every step and re-​assured me that it would not hurt. Well, they were right they give you enough numbing cream, so you will have no discomfort. Monique convinced me to do the lower lid, which I am glad I did follow her advice. I love my new permanent eyeliner in deep purple. I would recommend them for excellent work, great atmosphere, cleanliness and staff…

With much trepidation I finally decided to take the plunge into permanent eyeliner. I cannot see as well up close, I am continually frustrated with the eyeliner products available; not sharp enough, doesn’t go on smooth, hard to remove it I make a mistake, irritates my extremely sensitive skin and just plain don’t feel like messing with it. But my eyes look a thousand times better with liner so what to do? A fiend recommended Wink so I called. I am so pleased with the entire experience. When setting the appointment Monique was not only quite knowledgeable she patiently answered my questions. My technician, Kori was marvelous. She took her time discussing the procedure, what I could expect to feel, what the end result will be, the types of dye she uses and the follow up procedures. I am so thrilled with everything, especially when I woke up this morning and saw how wonderful my eyes look! This is certainly a 5 star place!

I followed owners, Kori and Monique to Wink and I am so happy I did so. I had a very bad experience at another salon with permanent makeup. My eyebrows and eyeliner came out terrible and Kori corrected both. She did a beautiful job! There was NO pain involved!!!
Also, at the other salon the owner gave very bad customer service and did not stand behind the products she sold. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that Monique and Kori provide.
Monique handles a lot of the business end of things at Wink and she is a great hand
holder while you are having your permanent makeup applied if you feel the need.
My next move is to have permanent makeup on my lips!
