We were greeted promptly and were signed in to be serviced, that’s where the good part ended. As expected the store was crowded and all of the service and transactions were taking place at the same counter. Each person began talking louder and louder over the other conversations and the store music so we could not hear or understand our representative whom had a very heavy accent. The music was loud and when our rep asked the manager to turn the music down since it was hard to hear conversations she told him to move around the counter to talk to them. My 19 year old daughter could not hear nor understand him, we suggested moving to another space to complete the sale.

Friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable. I went in to return my device with one day left within their two week return period. Being about 1,000 miles away from home all i had was my phone and wall charger. The policy requires to have all accessories originally in the box present during the time of the return, I did not but they made an exception. Next, the new phone requires a rebate to be mailed in to get an additional discount on the phone, which takes about four to six weeks. These guys made another exception and put a credit of the rebate amount on my current Verizon bill. This place would get five stars, however, this entire process took about an hour, they were not busy, and the reason i got the rebate credited to my account was because our salesmen made a mistake… All I’m all it was still worth a good four star review, which is amazing bring I’m reviewing something Verizon related.

I had a verizon shell holster case for my samsung s5 and the belt clip broke for the second time. They only last 3 months. I went to this location and they wouldn’t even honor the original price i paid. The salesman said it was at the managers discretion and the manager was standing listening and would not do anything. They lost a lotal customer over $ 6.00 dollors. I hope verizon corporate makes better decisions on the managers they hire. if you have to get verizon products go to the location on 441 they are easier to work with.

I made the decision to switch from Sprint to Verizon Wireless after much research on phones and carriers and decided to go into the corporate Verizon store. Justin helped me from beginning to end and made the transaction smooth and painless. He was very friendly and very efficient, as well as knowledgeable. I almost rated this four stars because of the management staff that was coming in and out of the office trying to upsell me on things I didn’t want, but I could tell it was them and not Justin trying to get me to spend more money. The best part of the interaction was that Justin was going on vacation after he finished with me, but I didn’t feel rushed in any way. Also, the wait time was no more than 5 minutes despite the store’s staff being occupied by a senior citizen smartphone workshop they were holding that night. Very impressed with the service, and I will refer my friends and family to this store.

I had a G3USB wireless Internet device with Verizon. After my contract was up, I walked into this store and canceled service. Verizon canceled my service at that time, paid in full. I then bought another USB wireless from Sprint. Now almost a year later they are sending me past due notices(second time they have done this) and they continue to charge me each month apparently. But no bill of course, just a fake past due notice every 4 – 5 months with huge bill. I made multiple calls to them, walking into the Verizon store and still not fixed. They are currently trying to make me pay $ 180 past due this time! They claim the service is still active! Idiots. They say nothing is noted in their computer that I have called or that I called multiple times? What a Ripoff. Why do companies have to act like that? Didn’t you make enough money off me when I had the 2 year contract? LEAVEMEALONE! QUITFAKINGBILLSTHATPEOPLEDON’T OWE! THIEVES! Apparently they are in the business of theft. I dread going to the Verizon store. There always seems to be a ridiculous amount of people there along with incompetant employees however when I stopped in here the other day, it was quite a pleasant experience. There were only a handful of other customers or potential customers in there so I got help right away. The rep helped me out with my phone drama and when he didnt know what the cause was-he went to his manager and then gave me some options as to what I can do. As soon as I knew it, I found out I was getting a free phone thanks to my insurance. I never knew manlfunctions could be such a wonderful thing! I almost asked for his hand in marriage because it was such a 180 from my experience at the Boca store and free things make me gddy. If you’re going here this faces the Pompano Citi Centre on the same side of the street –lots of parking!
