Went into value pawn to trade in a brand new, unopened Xbox one game as well as a brand new lifeproof case for an iPhone 6 or 6s. The value of both of these items retail at minimum is 100 dollars (both eBay for 45 – 55 each). After waiting in line, I proceed to the counter Tobe absolutely low balled. I get a ten dollar offer for the game and the case not a dollar. Absolutely ridiculous.

Manager raised the price on an item after I left – from $ 70 to $ 90 – and would not accept the original price when questioned about it the following week. Bad business ethics.

This review is based on their corporate offices helping me out. I went to another location and had a bad experience. I was sold a broken PlayStation and the manager refused to give me my money back and only let me exchange it.
So, I called corporate and received a call back from the District Manager, Mark. He was awesome. He saved me as a customer. He authorized this location to take the PlayStation back and give me back my money. He even went so far as to give me his cell phone number to call him when I needed more stuff because I mentioned to him that I had just moved and was still going to need a bunch of things.
The manager at this location was also extremely pleasant and everyone was very friendly unlike at the other store on Powerline.
So because of Mark, I will be back. Just not ever to that other store, but I will come here!
