Came in for an receiver adapter the sales clerk assisted me in getting it and came out to the car to make sure it fit. He then requested a hitch technician which properly fitted it. I was in and out with exactly what I needed. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience I was really happy with the service.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY CREDIT CARD. Rented a truck in March 2015 & March 30, 2016, one year later, an unauthorized charge of $ 7.60 was charged to the credit card I used to rent the truck.
Filed a fraud case with my credit card & will be contacting headquarters to let them know what kind of employees they have.
Will not be renting from this location again.

TERRIBLE. I made my reservation well in advance; about 10 days to be exact. 30 mins prior, I received a call from a store manager saying that my equipment hadn’t been returned by the previous renter. Fine, not within her power. She contacted Central, and Central sent me to this location claiming that my reservation had been edited to be out of this location. When I arrived, there was no availability. The location actually had their only remaining van double-​booked; super inconvenient because I had reserved an hour time-​slot in my new building to move in, which I obviously didn’t make. This review is more for U-​Haul as a whole. Terrible management on their behalf. It seems their system isn’t in sync with their stores. Something key for their logistics and something they have to look into.

I made a reservation at this Uhaul only to arrive and find out they did not the truck. The staff, including the manager, was rude and very unhelpful. I have rented trucks several times with Uhaul and I have never had such horrible service and they had no desire to help solve the issue.
I went to the Margate location and it was the total opposite. Not only did I have impeccable service, but they gave me a discount after I shared the earlier experience with her.

I wish i can give no stars. This place hire stuiped poeple to work i am 17 i been renting trailers from this uhaul for 4 months under the age of 18 which your suppose to be. To find out today two days before i turn 18 that i cant rent a trailer the day i need it the most. The other thing is the lady makes the resveration knowing my information is on the system because i rent so much to location in pompano for another trailer. Then my friend tries to get the trailer and then send him to a place in alantic blvd. The manger never even there unprofessional manager.

As other reviewers mentioned, the service was professional and friendly, however the truck was in terrible shape and it appeared that someone had peed on the seat. When we returned the truck the staff invented some additional charges. Finally, the parking situation is ridiculous. Having to cross Sample to park is dangerous and sketchy. My car was hit in the parking lot and no one did one thing about it.
