Tire Kingdom

This is my second time here… I came in for the first time a while ago to have my oil changed on my 2015 Chevrolet equinox… It requires a synthetic oil change because of the new style engine. as we all know synthetic oil is the best oil to use on a vehicle and also allows you to drive 6000 miles before being required to get another oil change. Both times I did a walk in and ended up leaving the vehicle there because I had planned dates in between.
The first time took a while because I had to fill out all of my information to start an account there. The sales associate was very patient and very pleasant to talk to. when I was done giving him my information I handed him the keys and left. I am very paranoid leaving my vehicle and keys with anyone and letting anyone drive my truck… about an hour later I received a phone call from the sales associate telling me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was greeted by everyone with a smile! When I got the bill I was shocked at the price at first. it was 76 bucks for my oil change. I wasn’t expecting that at all! I gladly paid them and went about my life.
I just took my truck back there last weekend for another oil change. Its always nice to walk into a clean shop and a pleasant one with pleasant people! This go around was a lot faster because they had my information and they called not long after to let me know it was done already. When I went to pick it up the sales associate I had felt with before was the one taking care of me again. he ended up giving me a very decent discount on this oil change and gave me another coupon to use on my receipt for my next visit. I recommend this shop to anyone!

I went in today (Sunday afternoon) to get a new tire for a flat I knew was not fixable. They came out to me before I even got a chance to go in to the store and had my new tire on and my donut back in the compartment that holds the spare tire (whatever that is called!) in less than a half hour. From signing the work order until they printed the receipt was 18 minutes. Perfect.
Edit: I’ve been here several more times now, and they seem very trustworthy. Sometimes there is a really long wait but I go prepared, and there’s a nice Jimmy John’s right there.

Wife bought 4 new tires plus alignment. I admit tires were cheap, but their alignment was CRAP! The first time I got in the car (as a passenger) I could tell the alignment was really bad. She took the car back and they did it again. The car pulled hard right and the steering wheel was crooked. Last month, we took the car to Ford and the techs there could not believe their eyes. They said I could have done a better job aligning it with a string and a level and no experience doing alignments, than they did with the computerized machine.
The two front tires are worn down to the wear marks. In 5 months. They refuse to do anything about it. The rear tires are like new.
DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!
BUY THE TIRES, BUT LET THE DEALER TECHS ALIGN YOUR VEHICLE
