As soon as I showed up I was greeted right away. They guy who took my info was awesome and very professional. It only took 3 – 4 hours I know that sounds like a long time but I wanted it done correctly so take all the time you need. When I picked up my car not only did it look perfect but he and and other guy came out side to make sure I was satisfied with my car then went over after care instructions with me to make sure I understood. By far the best place to get your windows tinted I’ll be sending a lot of friends their way !!

Where do I start! They charged me 200 $ and said they would come to me. Seemed expensive but I wanted the best quality tint and hey they were coming to me… So I agreed happily. Well when Gina showed up she asked me how dark I wanted… I said the darkest u can. I wAs never shown samples but I’ve had cars tinted in the past and after my headache with this company I learned the darkest is 5%. Well at least I learned something. So anyways, Gina started… Then her other person showed up. After it was done I said it wasn’t dark enough. I was told it was dark it was just where the sun was at that moment. Ummmm no… I don’t want the sun shining through… So it’s not dark enough. Well they said let it settle and if it’s not dark enough call back. Cool. So not only did I call back because it wasn’t dark enough… But they never took off the old tint and they just tinted over old scratched up tint. I called right away. Gina sounded annoyed that I wanted them fixed… But being nice I told her I’d let it settle and see if it gets better. So fast forward 2 weeks. I am not happy. I called and Gina told me 5 times she would call me back that she had to talk to the worker. Seriously… 5 times and I waited over night for a call back that was suppose to be in 20 minutes.!! Each time I spoke to her… She sounded so annoyed! I already paid… They agreed to a lifetime guarantee… It’s been 2 weeks… R u serious??? Finally she just said«we can’t do it at your house u have to bring it to the warehouse/garage. A little pissed about that but I kept my composure and agreed. Mind u I live 45 minutes from the address given and she told me it would take 2 – 3 hrs. So… On my one day off… I woke up and drove to an address that led me to??? Nowhere!!! I called her again and the guy who she works with answered and told me that he wasn’t available and she never told him I was coming. I now lost it! Wtf kind of business are they running? After calming down I agreed to let him come back to my house and fix everything. Which he did… And he was nice about it. However I still have scratches under the new tint. And it’s only been 2 days. My suggestion. Find a place that has a garage and valid address… This woman Gina was the most inconsiderate woman and she needs to learn the importance of customer service. Next time I’ll go to Hialeah where I’ll get a better job for ½ the price.
