It really takes a lot for me to leave a negative review because I know how much small businesses rely on having a good reputation, but I’ve completely lost any faith in Splashes & Smiles. We were given a gift certificate for swim lessons for our son and we’ve been trying to start his lessons for over 3 months now. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone! I’ve tried calling, emailing, facebook, even mutual friends. I guess it’s easy to find someone when you want to give them money, but impossible to get anyone on the phone when you want to actually use their services. They stole $ 160 and I’ve run out of patience. Three months is more than enough time to check your voicemails, emails, or facebook messages.

I hired Splashes and Smiles for my 8 year old daughter birthday party at my home. Knowing that some of these kids don’t swim ‘so great’ as they admitted… I was better safe than sorry. This was a complete peace of mind for me. The lifeguard showed up on time and watched the pool and them for 2 hours straight. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. This is completely affordable and something that everyone in SFla should consider when entertaining young ones at the pool. Highly recommend!

We hired Splashes and Smiles for a lifeguard for our 3 year old son’s birthday pool party. They sent a Great lifeguard named Katie. She arrived early to our house. She also offered and helped with decorations. As parents of two kids 3 & 3 months and friends with similar age children we wanted to host a safe environment. As a father and family always around water I originally thought it unnecessary to hire a lifeguard. However it was a great investment in peace of mind for me and all of the parents. We had about 15 kids around a pool all 4 yrs and younger. Most parents with a second/​third kid younger than a 1 year old. As you may know that can be chaotic. In the future we will be calling on their services again. She was very attentive and courteous with the kids and parents. Great job Katie!

Samantha taught both of our sons to swim! We did the 5 consecutive «intro» classes to get them going… & they never stopped after that! Samantha is patient & has the prefect disposition for kids. She is amazing swim instructor & a wonderful person! We recommend her to all of our friends! Thank you Samantha!

My daughter Audrey is 2 ½ and loves the water. She can «monkey» around the entire swimming pool, hold her breathe under water, and «swim» her way to the side of the pool and get herself to the steps. Why? Because of Miss Samantha and Splashes and Smiles. Audrey started in Baby & Me classes which was the perfect introduction to the water and a great bonding time for us. After Baby & Me Miss Samantha came to our home and did 1×1 lessons for 5 consecutive nights. Audrey learned so much during that week. I am ready to sign her up again for more lessons to have her progress even more this summer! I highly recommended Splashes and Smiles… to me swim lessons for young children is not an option, it’s a must!
